I have been to this location so many times because it’s in such a convenient spot and every single time it’s been a great experience. I can tell the staff runs this store so efficiently. The food is always fresh and well made and the dining area is always so clean. My favorite Panda in all of Chicago to be honest!!

We had a wonderful experience at this Panda Express location! The food was incredibly delicious — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. We especially enjoyed the orange chicken and grilled teriyaki chicken with chow mein.
The staff was exceptionally polite, friendly, and welcoming. Their warm attitude really made our visit enjoyable. The atmosphere was clean and pleasant, and we felt very comfortable dining in.
We definitely plan to come back to this exact location again. Highly recommended!

Food is not great. Any local Chinese restaurant serves much better food, tastes and portions. Their only advantage is they have readily available food for quick serving, which other restaurant will may take 10 minutes. Spending $13 per person, you can get much better food elsewhere.

They have conversations with each other , talking , laughing! I feel they splash out month water on my food when they package, wish they could have musk or something , I’m so debating everytime ,cause good is good , but looks so nasty

I ate at this location yesterday near closing time (teriyaki chicken + white rice + orange chicken + fountain drink), and 30-60 min later I started developing every classic symptom of food poisoning. I haven’t been able to sleep or eat since then (even drinking water is a struggle), and I feel truly awful (fever, stomach cramps, and constant trips to the restroom).
Assuming I recover from this, I will not be returning to this location.

Food tastes like candy now. The rice does not taste the same. Chow mein was dry as heck. This is a change in food quality. I had “take out” from them today, but it’s been 4 months since I’ve been there. Probably won’t be returning

Fast food Chinese, which means it’s satisfactory if you don’t want to spend the time to go down to a sit-down restaurant instead. They certainly don’t skimp on the amount of food, that’s for sure – two entrees and rice was quite filling.

Really bad experience! Natalia messed up my whole family’s order everything was wrong, the portions were super small, and some of the food was undercooked. She did offer to fix it, but her attitude was terrible, like we were the problem. For what we paid, it was not worth it at all. Won’t be coming back to this location

So today we went in and we saw that there was no orange chicken, so we asked how long it would take for more orange chicken. The girl that was talking to us rolled her eyes and mumbled how much longer it would take. Her name is Bella and I think she might be the manager. We then got our food and brought it back and it’s filled around half way instead of to the top. I’m really disappointed because i’ve been here a few times and it’s been fine but today we got Bella and she was super rude.

Nothing is ready for the opening, the shelves are empty, how can you even open and not prepare anything.
