Absolutely delicious! I truly loved every single dish. The flavors were amazing, everything tasted fresh, well-seasoned, and perfectly cooked.
From start to finish, the food exceeded my expectations. You can tell a lot of care goes into their cooking. I would 100% come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great Chinese food in Chicago.

Great service! Especially the guy named Tony has a great smile and amazing service attitude. Went back there six times during my stay near there. The food was also great! I think it’s because there are so many customers there and they often make all the dishes there. The foods there don’t sit on the shelves that long, which makes them even tastier.

It’s taken me a long time to post this. I had a really negative experience here in June 2024. My sibling and I were hoping to do a quick sit down lunch during our break. Once we found a seat, another customer began to continually harass me by coughing, sneezing, and borderline spitting in my direction and on my food. After spraying me in his mucus and spittle, I flagged a manager down to report the incident. All I wanted at that point was to refund my lunch that I barely touched, and to sanitize myself. What’s really interesting is the manager kept asking what he could do beside refund the lunch, and then offered to pack us a new meal to go. That was the last thing I wanted, but I was desperate to get out of there and agreed.
Panda had no control on what that customer did, but they had control over their response to this situation. It would have been nice to give us the feeling of safety, and reasonable belief that we would not be attacked while in their store. Till this day, the memory of Panda is forever associated with that customer and how this store handled the situation. And no, I haven’t ordered from any Panda since then.

This is a safe clean place to eat the prices are reasonable if your on a budget for a full meal one person 10 to 15 bucks but they sell a family bundle deals 30 to 35 for 3 to 4 people. The food tasted good and is close to alot of stuff. Workers are pretty fast and friendly. I give this a A1 if your hungry and worried about eating a stray Cat elsewhere. I posted one meal out of 3 we ordered $10 so you cant go wrong and we couldn’t even finish it.

The food is cooked perfectly, hot, rice came out not burnt but I just have one problem with their customer service.
They don’t have chopsticks, maybe for some that’s not an issue but I know how to use them so I want to use them, they don’t give them out because what they told me was “kids played with them”

Tried Panda Express for the first time and walked away disappointed.
The woman at the counter was openly rude, like she didn’t want to be there at all. The food itself was extremely oil, far beyond what you’d expect even from typical Chinese takeout.
The only thing that tasted decent was the orange chicken, and even that isn’t enough to make me return.
Overall, a letdown.

They get a star for price, but that’s about it. They have a skeleton crew, service is extremely slow, and they never have enough food. They’re frequently out of menu items, and the portion sizes are frequently much smaller than normal. It’s not worth coming here any more.
