I’ve been to this location for more than five times. I always enjoy the quality of the food, which is worth the long drive. But above food quality, I greatly appreciate the great spirit of customer service this location has. I want to specifically congratulate Claude and Vaishnavi for going above and beyond. I walked in, the two ladies at the front were to busy talking to acknowledge I was standing there! So I talk to the manager he apologized, but I didn’t trust them to make my food after that. They claim they had two online orders and a drive through order, I’ve worked in fast food and I know you are to acknowledge people when they walk in the door. So I left!!

The order/plate has gotten smaller while price gone way up LOL

I’ve been to a lot of Panda Express locations but this one both times I’ve been there is hands down the freshest food. This could be in part due to it being a more popular location so food is rotated regularly but you wouldn’t know this because the service is still fast.

I honestly regret ingesting the Orange chicken here. I ordered at 10:30am so I figured the chicken would be hot and fresh. But alas, I was wrong… stale, dry and flavorless even with the sauce. It also upset my stomach and the chicken tasted off. Never again.

Place my order online for pickup. Didnt receive the correct order, wasnt advice or called for an update or so. My order was mushroom chicken and fried rice. 1 order of chicken eggroll and this is what i received which is completely different to my order and the eggroll was not in the bag and i only received one eggroll. Very unsatisfied and will not recommend based on how wrongly they made my order.

I ordered a Mushroom Chicken bowl and received this instead. The meal was burnt beyond recognition. It’s completely unacceptable for any establishment to serve food like this. I’m extremely disappointed and will never order from here again, nor would I recommend it to anyone.
