Ordered 2 7 dollar cheesebuger value meals and when we got them are burgers were barely warm the cheese did not even melt. I usually really enjoy the burgers there but was disappointed today. Our order was brought to us quickly though. I let the person at the counter know that our cheese burgers were not hot as I left, and suggested she should let the cook know. She did not seem to make any attempt to relay the message to the cook.

Always take FOREVER even in the drive through. The floor inside is so sticky you can’t walk. Ordered the sauced chicken strips and there is SO MUCH sauce, and they were so messy with them. The outside of the box is covered in sauce, there’s about half an inch of sauce standing in the bottom of the box. Fries are so salty I pretty much can’t eat them. Honestly some of the worst fast food in town.

This DQ absolutely sucks. I went there yesterday drive through and sat for about 5 minutes with two vehicles ahead of me. They proceeded to make everyone wait 5 minutes each before even taking their order. Then had to wait for the actual food to get done. Last time I went months ago, I got stuck in the drive through because they wouldn’t even answer the speaker and there was a line wrapped around the building and the lady in front of me asked what was taking so long and they said short staffed. And she said ok but then you need to warn people about how long it’s gonna take instead of all these people waiting for like 25 minutes. Today I got the snowdrift blizzard a large door dashed. I had brownie pieces added which they didn’t put in and I kid you not they didn’t mix the blizzard at all. There was like a half scoop of Oreos on top with the blue and a half pump of marshmallow. Wasn’t even mixed. A large blizzard. Idk what’s happening here at this Fairy Queen but it is always an absolute wreck. Whoever owns it should be ashamed to show their face because this is the consistently worst run fast food place Ive seen and that’s saying something.

I’m very sad for anyone who wants to talk to management. I went in side today to talk to a manager, who could hear me out about this issue.
I asked to talk to a manager and a man came forward. While talking to him a woman manager came over and cut me off to ask the guy what I was saying. I then repeated my concern and asked for a corporate number or someone above her so I could speak with someone who could get something done. She told me nothing would be done and was very rude and I am very upset at her reaction when I requested help from someone above her. She said no and didnt give me any information about how I could get attention from Dairy Queen. After I left I drove around and took a picture of the area of concern. Then in action I saw another DQ costumer do the same thing I did. Can someone please reach out to me . I am shocked that the manager told me nothing would be done and dismissed my offer of a solution. A reflection post in this area would ensure that this isn’t an issue for myself and people of our community. I’m trying so hard here to be heard and talk with someone who cares about the costumers . Management may need trained in how to assist customers bc my service was as poor and broke. As could have been. Feel bad for the guy manager who was there bc he shut down as soon as the woman came over . Again the lady was rude beyond belief. DQ Managers don’t want to help costumers or make DQ as excellent as could be. I would say DQ management is under trained and gives attitude to customers who if heard out just want to bring to attention concern. If DQ dosnt care then it’s one more thing that can cause impact on its customers in a negative way. Thanks

Good ice cream, but consistently poor food outside of that. I’m glad they give chances to younger kids to work, but it seems to lead to a lot of mistakes.

This place is a dump, staff just stared at you when you are at counter ordering, a weird experience to say the least. Place looked really dirty, hard pass next time.

Punk service; all because I changed one part of my order.
When ordering, I asked for the 8$ Meal Deal. When asked for the drink, I got a Root Beer with no ice. Then, after I completely finished my order, I asked to change it to a Mello-Yello.
When I received my order, I got home to find an all the way burnt cheese curd in my box of chicken. Also, my no-ice Mello-Yello had 90% ice, 10% Drink. It was the most watered down beverage I ever had.
And to those who think they were rushed, there was no one on line and no one in the parking lot except employees cars.

We haven’t been to Dairy Queen in a little while, so we thought we would go there for dinner. It’s wasn’t a good, choice this time! I got the rotisserie chicken chunk basket and some onion rings, and it all came out cold, and the chunks were so small I couldn’t believe my eyes! My wife got a burger combo and some cheese curds, and the same issue came out cold. They were busy, so one would assume things would be hot or at least warm but not the case at all! One positive was that the lady taking our order was very friendly and had a great attitude!

This was a unique situation. Many restaurants are struggling to have enough staff. They had plenty of Staff. But each one was doing their own thing and no one was helping the other out, there was zero leadership present.
There were people taking orders, making food and making the ice cream. But inside (drive thru seemed a bit better) no one was expediting the orders. At the time we were there, at least six orders of food were made just sitting under the warmer, while people were waiting on their food.
We just ordered ice cream, I planned on ordering a burger when we walked in, but the two gentlemen making food, neither one had their hair pulled back and one was down in his face. I have no problem with guys having long hair but it should be contained when in a kitchen. We are big fans of Dairy Queen,
My wife asked that we not ever return to this location.
