Ordered new shrimp and beef (1.25$ extra) got only f**** veggies and 1 shrimp lol. Also ordered kung pao chicken, same thing 2 chicken pieces and a lot of veggies. PANDA you’re charging people premium for something you not really offer.

The lady serving us was very nice however they didn’t give us soy sauce no big deal I told my son to go ask the lady for some so as I watch from the table 3 people walked in front of him so I walk over and wait for her to finish with the costumer paying after she was finished my son very Politely asked for soy sauce she looks at him and says you need to wait I then stated he’s been waiting and we already got our food 10 mins earlier. She was very rude!

I enjoy a good bowl of orange chicken. The only disappointment was that this location didn’t have fresh orange chicken ready so I had to wait for it. Overall it was delicious, but maybe they should make orange chicken first cause some people crave it in the morning.

So disappointed at the very unprofessional service I recieved from Aneles S. She intentionally overcharged us and snuck our receipt upside down once we asked for it. She charged us for 2 plates when she made us only 2 bowls. When I asked why we were overcharged, she didnt apologize, she didnt look surprised at all. She just shrugged and said we can get extra entrees. What disgusting attitude and behavior. When we said no we want to be charged for what we got, she actually got upset like we did something wrong and called someone else over. The person whose name was gabby said she voided the entire purchase and would have to charge us again for the right amount. No apologies until I said I felt it was intentional and thats when the other woman offered us an extra egg roll for all the inconvenience. Lastly, we were barely given full bowls and the food wasnt fresh. We are drivers and will definitely spread the word about being taken advantage of by Panda Express and we’ll never eat here again.

Just stop by with kids. They had enough of teriyaki chicken only for 2 people. We ordered for 2 and decided to wait for other 2. They said 8 minutes. While waiting for chicken they ran out of Beijing beef. My son wanted both, the beef and the chicken. Well they brught beef and chicken a little bit after but ran out of noodles! !!!. When asked why they waiting until the very last moment before they order kitchen to deliver more, they said I can complain to Corporate. Very unprofessional.

I always take my opportunity to stop at an Oasis, typically Hinsdale, for Panda Express. I’m usually quite Happy with that decision. This time not even a little bit. I was at the front of the line…yet the employees started taking the people behind me. When the ‘person’ BEHIND me got her food, it turned out to be what I had wanted, and then they weren’t making any more steak ANYTHING. I could have spat on these people. Of I didn’t because I’m not INCREDIBLY RUDE.

Food is bad. Fried rice is half cooked. It’s my first visit to this place and my very first bad experience at Panda Express. Called them with the feedback and they least care about it. Completely avoid this place.

Panda express food can be a hit or miss, this one definitely a miss. The chicken tasted terrible, the only thing edible was the rice, paid $10 for rice. I have marked this Spot on my Google’s Map never to eat here again
