I’ve been coming here for a while, and the food used to have normal portion sizes. Recently, the portions have been getting smaller and smaller, but the price is still the same. It’s disappointing because it doesn’t feel worth the money anymore. I hope they bring the portion sizes back to how they were before.

It would be 5 stars but it’s always so busy they need 2 cashiers. Or at least an extra cashier who can jump in when there more that 4+ people waiting to pay for their already prepared food like today. Anyways the food is soo fresh and very good.

The manager at this location is disrespectful and rude. She said that her name is Eileen -not sure if that is true. She made a mistake on my large lunch order for an office of mine. Instead of taking responsibility, she was combative and disrespectful and talked over me . Very disappointing. She needs extra training on how to respond to her own mistakes with customers. Food is good. Eileen is a negative for this restaurant.

My daughter was in line waiting to place her order and instead she was ignored and other people behind her had their order was taken instead of hers and when i stepped up to see that my daughter was being taken care of they told me to go in the back of the line. i was like my daughter had been waiting they just stared at me. We will never eat at the panda express in the mall ever again.Horrible Customer service and to treat a preteen like that.

Customer service is consistently good at the Fox Valley Mall location. I wish they were more flexible with creating plates for vegans. I can only eat sides and appetizers, so they get really confused when I try to swap an entree for a side. I like their app and rewards point system.

You guys get different managers and take away bring it back take away bring it back for a mall employee discount ridiculous I didn’t purchase my plate because of this and didn’t eat cause of my time wasted standing in line I will never give panda another dollar… smh I spend 40$ or more a week u panda loss over your 10% discount

Went there to get lunch with a friend. Everything was undercooked, cold and they served mushrooms that should’ve Been thrown away. They had a metallic taste. Manager wasn’t there so we had to wait around until the girl could call her. They kept offering to give us free food (as if we’d eat there again after tasting rancid food) in the end they refused to refund us and didn’t pull the mushroom chicken. Absolutely horrendous will never be returning to this establishment.
