Great place!! Delicious food and lots of unique food options as well! Service was nice as well. The dubai pancakes and hearty and delicious, and the mideastern bowl was unique and flavorful. My husband loved his food as well. And even the coffee was high quality and strong!

This was my first time dining at Marmalade! I am a breakfast girlie and a coffee lover so I was super excited to check it out, so let me tell you how AMAZING every thing was!!! I love a little sweet breakfast with my savory meal and that’s exactly what I got. I got the mocha latte which was spectacular. Not too sweet and the perfect foam on the top. My all American breakfast was delicious down to the multigrain bread and my baklava waffles were fantastic! Best part of the meal was our server, Joanna. Extremely attentive and friendly. It’s hard to find good service anymore! But go see Joanna and eat yummy food at Marmalade!! I will definitely be back to try the French toast and cinnamon rolls (which you can just pickup in store any day!) the barista who made our coffees also drew adorable pictures on the kids drink cups which made their entire day so they’re definitely kid friendly with great kids menu options!

Stopped in for breakfast since we live in the neighborhood and food was decent! Very diner like with the offerings. My only disappointment was I thought for a $3 up-charge the blueberry pancakes would have blueberries in the pancake. But the food was decently priced and tasty so we’ll be back for sure!

Marmalade Restaurant opened on Monday, November 25, 2025. It is located in Manheim Township’s Overlook Town Center, the shopping center at Fruitville Pike and Granite Run Drive.
This little Mom and Pop family run business has all of its baked goods baked by “Mom.” The menu was enticing and as I was running errands I grabbed a rhubarb scone, chocolate chip cookie, apple pastry, and berry marscapone cake slice with a caramel macchiato to share with my family between appointments. They were all delicious. I will definitely be back to try breakfast, lunch, and dinner items. I included pictures of some of their baked goods as well as the menu.
Breakfast items tried and devoured included the lemon ricotta pancakes and create your own omelette.
Lunch items sampled included the BLT, ham & Swiss panini, and grilled cheese and tomato soup. Everyone throughly enjoyed their meals.
Dinner item which we selected was the grilled chicken skewers which were delicious!
I hate to admit but the orange marmalade cake and the Sicilian marmalade cannoli disappeared before I had an opportunity to snap a picture.
The location is not visible from Fruitville Pike road and closer to the new buildings at 2080 Grand St, Lancaster, PA 17601 and is open daily from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m..

Tried Marmalade on a whim and boy were we happy we did! The food was unique and absolutely delicious! The staff was friendly and the owner came by to check on us. You can tell she puts thought and care into the dishes she creates. We will be back regularly!

It’s a quaint little spot behind chipotle. My son and I went in there for something different. Some of the things on the menu are unique. They had a menu option for a half a sandwich, a soup and a salad which I absolutely enjoyed because I’m not a big eater. I love that they had smaller options. My son had a lamb burger. I tried to bite and it was phenomenal. I want to eat that every day! I’ve never had anything like it. I’ve had lamb but not in burger form. It came with a homemade tzatziki. That was the best I’ve ever had! The pastries look amazing. They have a pretty good selection and a whole menu just for the coffee options. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. And will be stopping back.

Great food with both standard/traditional options, and some plays on old classics with a new twist. Absolutely devoured the Dubai Chocolate pancakes, and I don’t even really love pancakes. Service was friendly and fast, the restaurant is incredibly clean and well put together. The food was so affordable, I honestly was surprised by that in 2025. Will 10/10 be returning to try more dishes!
