So disappointed, as for one of my orders I had to wait extra 15minutes, only to not even receive it, came back home, opened my plate of noodles, beijing beef and orange chicken, only to find half empty plate with only noodles in it. I dont know why I had to wait extra 15minutes for if they didn’t even put anything in it, and I obviously paid for my full order.

Consistently Closing an Hour Early (Unfair to Customers)
I am extremely disappointed with the operational hours at this location. The posted closing time for this Panda Express is 10:00 PM, however, I have consistently found the dining room locked and closed an hour early, around 9:00 PM.
It appears the staff are deliberately starting cleanup and shutting down key cooking stations early so they can leave ahead of schedule. While the drive-through often remains open until 10:00 PM, the food served during this last hour (9:00 PM – 10:00 PM) is significantly inferior: the portions are noticeably smaller, and the food is old and cold due to the early kitchen closure. This compromises both the quality and value customers expect.
This practice is fundamentally unfair to all customers who rely on the posted hours, especially those who come specifically for dinner during the final hour of operation. If the restaurant’s actual service time, including a fully operational kitchen, ends at 9:00 PM, the posted hours should be updated. Otherwise, the location needs to adhere to the advertised 10:00 PM closing time.

I ordered a beef and broccoli bowl and you can review the picture for yourself but I paid for rice. No wonder this location is rated 3 stars or 3. Horrible portions. I would not suggest wasting money on a bowl unless you want a highly paid bowl of rice or noodles.

Ugh I should’ve read the reviews first :/ what a waste of money portions are ridiculous. Paid the premium cost for the honey walnut shrimp only to receive 6 EACH for a bowl. Lol and look at how they didn’t even fill the rice up like why is half missing

I am so excited that there is a Panda Express in Lockport. I order delivery and have gotten take out and every time my food is delicious . The staff are very polite in the drive through and the service was speedy. One thing that is ALWAYS consistent is the quality of the super greens. These are my absolute favorite thing on the menu and they are ALWAYS perfect and delicious. So happy to have another place to grab a bite in town.
Also wanted to add, I did a huge catering order for my staff lunch in January and everything we ordered was great. My team was very pleased with the food. Thank you!!!

Listen, I was so excited to see Panda come to area. Now I can’t leave lol. This is a great spot for a high protein meal thats perfect for a post workout routine. Also, the orange chicken is deadly (Very very good)! Beef with broccoli, chicken teriyaki and green bean chicken are my favorites. What’s yours?

I ordered a plate and cream cheese Rangoon and instead of giving me my full side they placed the Rangoon in the box so I received half of my meal. Food tasted old and gross, it tasted like it was warmed up too many times and the chicken rolls were burnt. We won’t be returning here such a waste.
