Only got 3 pieces of walnut shrimp and small pieces of orange chicken, there are not even filled up to the top! The sides(rice/chow meim) were filled up at-least. Definitely do not order take out. They added two other boxes of entrees we did not ask for, I’m guessing to make up for it.

Today I got string bean chicken, orange chicken and fried rice. The string bean chicken only had 4-5 tiny pieces of chicken in it but full of green bean. Even the portion has reduced significantly. The Panda Express in Darien is way better than this one in Bolingbrook Weber.

For the 2nd time my order is wrong. I repeated myself more than once when placing the order. I struggle to understand where the communication issue began since my selections were acknowledged multiple times. This place needs to closed for job training or replace the entire staff. For the love of god fast food customer service is not difficult.

Stopped in tonight for a plate to go, and Victor had fresh Beijing beef made for me. Asked if I was ok with the wait and the cooks were on it! Victor has amazing customer service, I felt very well taken care of and will definitely be coming back!!

Well this branch by Weber near Meijer has always been not a good branch, whether you order in, drive thru or online delivery. Today I ordered online delivery. Posting a couple of photos: why can’t they properly put the food boxes on a cardboard so it won’t be rolling around and dropping the sauce inside the bag?

Forgot a whole entree on a 2 entree combo. If I hadn’t checked before I left I would have paid for walnut shrimp I never got to taste. When I brought it up to the lady she walked away and proceeded to help the drive thru. Worst customer service.

Food tasted good. I had the teriyaki chicken and the honey nut walnut shrimp. The shrimp was delicious but the chicken doesn’t come with the sauce on it and they give you a pack of cold sauce on the side. Just not the same. The employees are super rude. I walked in with a mask in my hand and she immediately schooled me telling me get a mask on. I smiled and said oh sorry it’s in my hand. When I put it on , she still demanded it be on my face a certain way. She was NOT polite. This is not a very respectful, enjoyable establishment. Food wasn’t hot and they forgot (conveniently forgot) to give me utensils. Super frustrating. I love Panda but will not be coming back to this location. Not all Panda Express are the same. Too bad. Kindness is important…

The food was very good. I had asked one of the cooks if the food was made from pandas but they never answered me. Had I received an answer I wouldve given five stars… otherwise very nice experience.

This is a fairly good Panda Express. The drive-thru is fast for the most part, and their orange chicken never goes out of style. I like the honey walnut shrimp, and the Beijing beef is another decent non-chicken option. Their fountain drinks are MASSIVE. Try the apple pie egg roll! If you fill out the survey on the back of your receipt, you can get a free entree side on the next visit.

The drastic price increase in the Panda franchise discourages visits and when I do decide to go, I am irritated by the reduction of portions, especially meat portions. But I am probably not the only one who has this feeling because the restaurant is empty in this and other locations.
