This location is very badly managed. All but one of the employees are standing around eating panda food and ignoring the one and only customer in line. Only one guy was running around putting food in the deep fryer. Eventually they finally decided to take pity on me and asked me what I wanted. Then I had to wait 20 min for them to make some orange chicken because they were out of almost every single item on the menu. People came in after me and it was the same issue. No apology and no estimated wait time. I’ve been to a few pandas before and never had such a horrible experience.

I tried to order here. You have two employees running the front and two in the back on a Friday night at 5pm. There is one woman doing EVERY order while the other is keeping herself at the register.
My sympathy for the one as she has now made about 15 plates in 25 minutes to try and get them out of the weeds, but it’s a Friday night at 5pm. People just keep coming and I left.
This location needs some major management upgrade or something.

Services Some What Slow It Is Always Full of People specially On The Weekend Period Body Food Quality Was Good. I’ve been in this place a couple times and it hasn’t changed much which is a good thing. The one thing I didn’t like it’s the Kitchen doesn’t Look Well mountain I Could use a little bit more cleaning and the parts are terrible stained with Food!

The food is good and I love coming here. The workers here are not good at all. They don’t know how to properly give customer service. I was sitting by the cashier for 1 minutes as a worker named Victoria was just doing her thing, not attending to the only customer that was at checkout and I only wanted a a plastic bag, again no one was in line. When Victoria took my order, you could barely hear her, she gave a lot of attitude, and was not a good employee today at least.

Don’t go here if you’re hungry . I’m a huge Panda fan, as I eat it once or twice a week. I’m from out of town and this was my first time eating at this location. Ordered a plate of double orange chicken and rice. When I got back to my hotel and opened the box, the orange chicken was a single order not a double. Very stingy with their servings.
