Poor customer service, I believe it’s based on your skin color.
Have been there multiple times in the last couple of years and I have noticed this red head girl treats people differently. Big smile and friendly attitude if people are white but not so friendly if that is not the case.
Last week I was there, said hi multiple times to this lady trying to get her attention as I had been standing there for a little while. She just kept cleaning the counter and completely ignored me. It wasn’t until the other lady came over that my order was taken.
Never buying again in this business, every single time I have been there this woman shows discontent for serving my food. I am sure the other restaurants won’t mind my business.

Food was old. I order some chicken. It was definitely been siting for a long time.
I even asked how long its been sitting. Smh. Definitely make sure you ask how long its been sitting for each item. Legit. I didnt with one of em and of course it was the one that was sitting there all day tasted like. So make sure you ask the for fresh. They made me fresh but had to wait awhile for it. So Good thing was sat and ate I would of been mad if we drove off and I ate this.
Ontop of that they barley gave me any fresh chicken. I had way more of the stale old chicken. I guess when you complain this is what happens. I expect to get what I paid for. Not shitty old food and scrappy service. I still very polite to them.

This is the first time I ever buy something from panda express. As a Muslim, I am looking for Halal food but I don’t find halal everywhere in the USA so I have to adjust my choices. I’ll try to find something at least which is not have the meat and did not use any pork items or fats. so I found that panda express they having rice and shrimp and the noodles. Hope they didn’t use anything related to meat fat or oil. They should not mix any other stuff which just contaminating port or other meat, which is not Halal. May Allah make it easy for us to ensure halal Foods wherever we visit for worldly reason.

This Panda Express is located in the DeKalb Oasis right off the tollway. Even though they probably get the worst customers you can imagine, and I’ve seen this with my own eyes, they always have my order exactly correct and done quickly. I don’t know why, but this one tastes better than the other location in DeKalb.

The food tastes horrible, it was way overcooked. It seems like everybody is doing this now a days, I really don’t understand it. I dumped it all in the trash. As a truck driver, this is one of the things that we complain about amongst each other, places not to go, that location is one I will scream from the top of my lungs “not to go”. I really don’t understand it, you all charge full price for food that’s been sitting under a heater for hours, somebody should check the food every 30 minutes and if somebody was hired to do so, they need their walking papers. I actually wanted to go back in there and ask the manager to taste everything I ordered…everything! It’s sad that no one is held accountable and I can almost guarantee I can walk in there next week or next month and it’ll be the exact same taste. Management should be embarrassing

Veg rolls are only slightly warm and do not taste cooked. Taranaki chicken is literally cold in spots and very fatty. They had no soy sauce in the bag, and not any I could find by the chopsticks. I may have missed it, as customers are rushed in line. It’s had to understand the server’s; first one was talking to fast and load it was like a school lunch line lady. The second one you could hardly hear over the first server.
Don’t get me wrong, I love Panda Express. I’ll reconsider the options at the Oasis, before stopping back in.
Yes it was busy, but cold chicken guy’s messed up.
BTW, the Taranaki chicken is normally small pieces and have a little crunch from being deep fried. Here just half choppen up and tossed in the side. Honestly it was gross.
