Absolutely disgusting. Never eating there again. Went in today and got fried rice and orange chicken minutes after I ate it I felt very much sick to my stomach and felt very nauseous/ bloated. I ended up puking all of it. Not sure if the chicken was good or if the rice was fresh or even the vegetables but never going there. Very disappointing

The outside of the building was clean and the parking was plentiful. The restaurant itself was not very handicap accessible as there are 2 doors that need to be opened to get inside. We were greeted as we came in the door and the restaurant was pretty clean and roomy. They do have plexiglass barriers up which is a good thing in slowing the spread of covid. The staff was all very friendly but after everything we ordered the server said “Is that it?” The food is your average Panda Express food except it wasn’t that fresh. The drink station was pretty clean but I found it rather odd during a pandemic the straws were not wrapped just a bunch of open straws in a holder.

We ordered food at 8:04 pm, going with the earliest available pick up time. We checked the box for adding utensils. We sat in front of the building waiting for our food, which was said to be ready at 8:37 pm. There were orders ready, sitting on a shelf by the door, and a handful of people came and went while we waited. At 8:37 I went to the door. I waited five additional minutes before a worker came to talk to me despite their standing right at the counter doing nothing. She first came back and told me they didn’t have my order. Then asked what was in it and went and found it. (As opposed to asking if there was another name it might have been under, in this case, it was my first name.) I asked if that particular bag had been sitting there quite a while and she giggled and said yes. They make it as soon as the order comes in; the time stamp on the printed receipt was 8:07. I asked it it would even be good anymore. She shrugged and said probably not. She half-offered to make new food – in a voice that suggested what a great inconvenience this would be. I asked how long it would take and was told 15 minutes.

There was no one else there!!

I took the bag, never receiving an apology, and left.

We got home; by that point, the food had been out for an hour. It was cold and unappetizing.

As we took it out of the bag, there was a green leaf on one of the boxes. It was not from anything we ordered.

We also asked for tableware. For three entries, they gave us one fork, one pair of chopsticks, one soy sauce, own plum sauce, one chili sauce and zero napkins.

Will not be back.

Overall, I enjoy the food at Panda Express. We got their late so the food was not as fresh, but it was still good. It seemed that a couple of the staff was not very well trained and the lady who waited on us was a bit overwhelmed and apologetic. The cleanliness and how we were treated was good and the teriyaki chicken came out fresh (not pictured).

Every time I come to Panda Express I’m always amazed with the Taste of the food, It’s just absolutely delicious, Only one downside is expected to pay a little more money if you choose a premium item on your meal. The employees were very friendly and the restaurant was clean. As I sat and ate the workers were doing their jobs.

The Beef & Shrimp isn’t all that. The Beef was kinda OVERCOOKED AROUND the EDGES. Not ENOUGH SHRIMP ,could have 1 or 2 more.

Had a 5:30 pickup and when I got there at 5:30, they said it would be out shortly. 12 minutes later I ask again and they say the same thing. I didn’t get my food until 5:45. I ordered it two hours in advance and my work break was cut short. What’s the point in ordering ahead if it’s not ready when i get there?

Right when I walked in the worker yelled at me to hurry up and order. When I was ordering she was zoning out and playing with her hair and when I confronted her she yelled at me again and told me to keep talking and she was listening. I kept talking and when I got home to eat my food was moldy and had hair in it that looked the exact same as the workers hair. Never come to this place EVER. The only good thing here is the fortune cookies.

How do you send someone’s order out for delivery and not include the two orders of orange chicken you ordered? Just cancel the order then.
