Was Going back to Canada when i Showed up almost at their closing time but still got the best service and fresh food. They all are really kind humans working here especially George and jake, I wish i could give them 10 stars. Will definitely come back soon. Best panda express in United states.

I received horrible customer service for my online order. I felt that I was not welcomed or my business did not matter. My online order was on January 16, 2026 for pick up in Helena, Montana on Custer & Sanders. When I arrived at approximately 12 noon, the front counter person kept me and others waiting who were picking up online orders. She continued to say that the customers waiting in line (not online orders) had priority and they had to be served first. This is not right! I’m a customer too! I then proceeded to wait while she assisted others! They never made my order until 12:15 PM! My ticket said it would be done by 11:50 AM! I was finally able to pickup my order at 12:22 PM per the text message I received showing when it was done, while I was waiting in the restaurant to the side of the counter. This is not right, I don’t feel that they valued me as a customer. Since then, I have not returned to the location and I have not been to another Panda Express since! It was really degrading to be treated this way. This location should have a better online orders pickup system. Why can’t they have food lockers where we can enter a code and get our food? Or have a better customer service process for online orders? Oh, and before you ask why I’m waiting nearly three months to complain, that’s because when I was with a friend for lunch and he wanted to go to Panda Express, I had a flashback to my last experience, and I told him about it then we went somewhere else. So that’s why I’m now writing about it. I would be happy to talk to someone in customer service or the restaurant. I honestly feel like I want an apology for what I went through and for someone to acknowledge that it was not right to treat paying customers that way!

I get we are all short staffed and working as hard as we can but this is ridiculous. I waited an hour in the drive-through for food to be met with the girl laughing uncontrollably and being extremely unprofessional. I then head to the window to pay where she finishes her conversation with someone inside (a coworker). Laughing and having a grand time. I wasn’t asked if I needed anything like sauce utensils before she slammed the window. Got home and looked at my food and I’m not happy one bit. So much for noodles….

Suki, Hokkaido and Nagoya were closed seeing as it was 9:30pm when I craved some like food. Is it just me or does the chow mein have bigger and more cut vegetables? I ordered hot orange chicken and Beijing beef but got a double order of the chicken with the red bell pepper in it ( don’t know what it’s called since I never order that) and I should mention that it basically came with an entire large cut pepper. My picture won’t show the entirety of the red pepper because I forced myself to eat most of it (never again-heart burn). I also have to say that I dislike vegetables but if I’m wrong then I’m wrong. Maybe you like the amount and are happy with it, I hope you continue to enjoy panda noodles but…it’s a lot.

Gave me only one entree in my plate. Shorted me a spring roll and instead gave me one singular random crab rangoon??? The teriyaki chicken was disgusting. It tasted like it was obviously old and had just been left under a heat lamp for hours. Clearly not handling their food properly.

What a horrible experience. This location is beyond able to host more then 10 customers an hour. I attempted to go into the restaurant to order food but that was not available with signs on the doors saying the dining room was closed. Granted this was at 5:30pm. We then got in line in the drive thru and waited 45 mins for 5 cars to go through. Not worth it….

My friend went in for me to get me orange chicken, lomain and beef w/broccoli…
There’s more veggies then noodles in my lomain…I separated the lomain and there was dang near nothing left of the noodles and notthing but veggies. The broccoli beef taste like nothing…im beyond missed about this experience. And of course they had NO orange chicken which was the whole reason she was getting panda for me…

The food is what it is. Good enough. Usually room temperature. What I don’t get is how they keep leaving entire entrees off my orders. How do you not notice when you’re closing the styrofoam box that a whole section of it is empty? At this point I’m just getting ripped off on purpose, so why go back?
