I had an excellent experience at this Panda Express. I ordered the Orange Chicken with Chow Mein, and the food was perfect hot and not old or dried out at all. The gentleman at the counter (Elijah, I believe) was super friendly and made our order perfectly.
The store looked very clean, and there was no wait whatsoever, which made the whole visit quick and easy.
Overall, it was one of the best Panda Express visits I’ve had. Definitely a 5-star experience.

I ordered the bigger plate and got one of my favorite sides, which was teriyaki bourbon chicken. It’s a good one I like to mix it up with half rice, half chowin that way you have a bigger variety, but if you are not very big on variety, they have options. After we visit our Panda Express in Green Bay by Costco we decided to order the exact same and see whit h one is better. And the winner by far is the Appleton location . They were nice and respectful and the food was normal . No crassness like the Green Bay location. Thank you very much for been nice . This is all that matters for us . We don’t mind a little bit of a mistake when being busy but the little effort to stay nice and do you job that you are hired for is wonderful.

Ordered orange chicken and rice, orange chicken is DEFINITELY not the same they had to have changed the recipe and now it is quite sour and vinegar tasting which is not appetizing. Disappointed as this used to be our favorite dinner spot. Called the restaurant and was hung up on not once but TWICE!! You need to do better! Go back to making the sauce in house instead of getting it in a bag.

Only received 3 of our 5 meals. Called and requested our money back. They indicated we would receive a refund but 4 days later no refund received. Later talked with a manager Karla who helped to get our refund. Thanks Karla. Food quality was average.
