Love love this Applebees location Byron is always walking and checking on up on guest and tending to our concerns promptly and my fav bartenders Crystal and Nicole are awesome and always have my modelo ready frosted and salted glass and the occasional bahama momma! Great place to visist

We came to this location after the Auto show thinking it would be crowed and crazy. However, we were pleasantly surprised to see it was not that busy at all. We were seated and served promptly. Crystal was just starting her shift and jumped right in to take care of us. As Crystal was putting our order in Rayn assisted us with our drinks. It was nice to have 2 servers. Go Team! We will definitely be back to this location……

The best experience I ever had The server was awesome. She took her time our flight got delayed, so we tried to come here for a little time so we can catch another flight she made our day served us. With kindness She asked questions. She was very very polite. Our food was amazing. Very fresh hot. We love everything about it. I gave her a 10 out of 10 and also the manager he was very polite. His name was Byron. He came around asked us if we was OK. He was great to us. Very pleasant experience They made our day smiles in I give this restaurant a 10 out of 10. I highly recommend anyone that’s traveling downtown Detroit areaand want to come here for a nice time come here it’s a great experience.

I don’t eat Applebee’s or Ihop at all. This location being my first visit to one in years. Service was slow, understaffed and under trained. Food took a very long time with multiple mistakes, although they were corrected complimentary with no cost. The fried chicken/tenders/wings are the same frozen chicken you are served at most restaurants. Sauces are plain and lack any hint of potent flavor. Under salted fries get very chewey as they cool. And most disappointing are the flavorless, greasy burgers.
Whisky bourbon Burger, I could only taste oil and red onion. A dollop of the sauce is all I got otherwise. Would absolutely not come back here. Staff were very friendly and welcoming but it wasn’t enough to make up for the rest.

Worst place to eat. Just left spent $54 for a raw steak (I said medium well). My sister burger was raw. I will never go to this place again. I’m taking my steak home to cook it right. I still tipped even though service was slow with nobody there. I should’ve had my food free. I will never go hear again
