The food has changed in the past few months. We go there several times a month. Portion sizes are inconsistent. Food is often “out” with no one in the process of making more. Orange chicken is super tiny pieces which are mostly breading. The green bean chicken has so much “gravy” on it now. I miss the plant based chicken but it was often way overdone or cold. Bring back whatever you were doing a year ago. It was so much better.

So how about updating the details on hours of service? So if you close dining area early you show that. Expecting to be ok til 930p but then 3 employees remind you numerous times that the dining area closes at 9p…then keep suggesting we will bring the food outside to you. Lighten up folks.

Food was great. But bought string bean chicken but got string beans and like 3 pieces of small chicken. I wanted chicken with my beans. It was on drive thru so I did not see till I was home.

The grilled teriyaki chicken looked nothing like the picture. It was chunky instead of sliced. It was mostly fatty soggy meat and the teriyaki sauce was separate as a packet that I had to put on myself. The rice was low quality and even the fortune cookie tasted just like artificial flavoring.

Disappointed today. There was little of the main entree on the rice in the containers—especially the orange chicken. We got 3 bowls. One was placed sideways in our bag and it leaked.
