Burger King was fairly busy when we stopped to eat on the way to New Hartford, NY, but the wait wasn’t too long, the cashier was pleasant and rang our meal up quickly. We had to wait about 5 minutes for our meal to be prepared, which isn’t too long. The meal was very tasty. Atmosphere quiet & inviting.

I usually have a decent experience at Burger King but I actually remember feeling very sick to my stomach after eating at this one. Overall though it is a Burger King and they are pretty consistent with their product and their pricing. If you haven’t tried them the mozzarella cheese sticks are pretty awesome though!

Ive been to this location numerous times. Every single time I order they always forget my sauces or my cookies. If I order 2 orders of cookies its supposed to be 4 but I end up getting 2. They ALWAYS forget sauces that I pay extra for. The service when I went tonight was terrible. The girl at the window had an attitude and when I had to go back in to the place she was rude giving me what I PAID for. The food I recieved was cold and had definitely been sitting. Terrible experience. Get better employees.

Three times I’ve been here this week, different times of the day and my orders have all been messed up!! Ordered breakfast this morning and I promise you I will never go back! Cold croissants, cold cheese, overcooked but cold ONE half slice of bacon, cold half order of hash browns and even got colored water when I asked for fruit punch!! Never again!!

This is literally the millionth time Arsenal St. Burger King has messed up my order. First time, they gave me mozzarella sticks instead of chicken fries. Now, I place a DoorDash order and they give me FOUR chicken fries—how is that even a menu item?! It’s not. Just lazy.
The store is always filthy, the staff moves like they’re stuck in slow motion, and they act like you’re bothering them by even being there. Rude, careless, and clearly not interested in doing the bare minimum right. Do better.
