I ordered a family meal.
It was worth it except.
You have to like panda express if not its so-so.
Its AMERICANIZED Chinese food.
The crab ragoons are not sweet like a pastry.
They are a lil sour or tart.
That’s the way they are made.
The family size portions are small.
You can probably fit 4 individual servings in a tea cup.
It was more appropriate for 2 people.

Before you order make sure everyone is wearing a hair net! My friend just pulled the longest strand of hair from her mouth!!!! Disgusting. This actually happened to me years ago and I thought they were safe again apparently not. Panda Express miller parkway smh do better

As a Black customer picking up a DoorDash order, I walked in and stood at the counter with no greeting or acknowledgment from staff. A white customer walked in a few minutes later and was immediately welcomed and helped while I was still waiting. When they finally addressed me, they handed me the wrong DoorDash order. Very disappointing service and I wasn’t even eating there. Terrible staff.

This location has been on a steady decline over the past few years along with a string of incompetent service.
Ordered Kung Pao in the drive-thru, but was only told there would be a wait until I got to the window. After 15 minutes, the person came out with the incorrect order.
After driving BACK to the store to receive a refund, the only person to apologize was the main cashier (I wish I had her name but the service was so abysmal, it was a second thought). The manager offered no apology or explanation as to what happened, along with coming off with an attitude. I don’t know if this is a night vs day issue, but I would avoid this location altogether until there’s some accountability higher up.

Every time I have came here, they are stingy with the portions and I always order the bigger plate. Might as well just put the 3rd (meat) inside the plate. The plate seems smaller than before too 6×6 inches. (Looks bigger in picture)

I only ever get honey walnut shrimp from Panda Express but I went to this store and got served burnt/old shrimp that was cold and no walnuts. They don’t do refunds unless I bring the food back in which I would rather not due as to not cause a scene in their establishment. I won’t be going back that’s for sure because I feel sick after eating one shrimp.

First time here, last time going… watch for the fine print! Got the (1 bigger plate) 3 entrées and 1 side. Didn’t know fine print was practice here, ended up paying extra for my entire meal that consisted of 3 entrees and 1 side and a drink.
Edit: the meats were bland. Taste unsalted and not seasoned.
I’ll be sticking to new china buffet for 17 dollars (dinner).

First of all I come in and I have stand there looking around for like 5mins straight whilst I’m looking at like 14 employees that haven’t even greeted me. It’s really annoying. Then I get home to little to no food. What I did eat was also bland as hell. The portion size is a slap in the face.
