Ya, hard pass on this location. Pretty sure I got food poisoning here. Had the orange chicken which was fine but I think it was the black pepper sirloin that got me. Service was super slow in the drive thru, staff was friendly but I won’t go back there.

I arrived at the drive through @ 7:20pm. I was told the wait would be 8 minutes, which is fine. When I got home and opened the container there wasn’t any food.I ordered mushroom chicken. There was no chicken and a few mushrooms. Luckily I paid extra for the walnut shrimp. Unluckily for me Panda has decided to shrink their cartons in half. I got 4 shrimp and some walnuts.I paid $15 for some rice that they heaped on the plate to hide the ripoff. This place sucks.

Well, that was certainly a waste of $$. Yikes! What horrifically awful, awful food. The orange chicken was so thoroughly saturated in sauce that it made me want to barf. The spring rolls were hellaciously terrible & the rice!! Some of it was so freaking hard if I threw it at my windshield the glass would probably shatter. Honestly! I’ve never, ever had worse food in my life…and that’s no exaggeration. Ugh! I’m sick just writing about it. The staff was really nice but I’d be mortified to tell anyone I worked there. Icky!

I love the beef and broccoli bowl with rice that they serve. It has all its own seasoning from the beef juices and the broccoli has a little crunch to it. This location is always very clean and efficient. I went to get a bowl of beef and broccoli today and they were busy. I was 4th in line and yet it took less than 4 minutes to get me to the window to pay and pick up my food. The employees here are always friendly. The grounds are always clean.
The amount of food you get is well with the price. If you have never tried the food here, it would be well worth your time.

I don’t normally review fast food places unless it’s horrible or exceptional. This was exceptional. The sweet tea was not ready when I had ordered it and the manager was understaffed. But he still brewed fresh tea and had the orange chicken nice and fresh for me. Friendly and quick. Even threw in extra sauce for me. And the chicken was the best orange chicken from panda that I have ever had. Thank you for great service and a great meal.

When using the app, I have now had three out of three orders missing parts of the order, and those inside tell me I can’t get any type of refund or the rest of said order

Tried reaching out to corporate and was given a link to a complaint form that doesn’t allow me to actually complete

Went to this location a week ago and after eating half of my meal, I found an alive maggot in my food. My stomach has been a wreck since so I’m thinking the food was probably rotten.
