Michelle, and Donna are just 2 of the great people working at the Panda Express. The food is exceptional and so is the service. All the employees are very polite and professional. What a great place with even greater customer service! Way to go Panda Express, thanks for making my day! You can’t beat the the great price’s. Everything is fresh, I ordered 1 Bigger Plate and the portion sizes were exceptional. I also ordered 3 small entrees. I paid $21.88, enough food for three meals! Way to go Panda Express!

I had a great experience at Panda Express. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and worked together to provide excellent customer service.

I especially want to recognize Erin, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She took the time to answer questions, made great recommendations, and made sure everything about the order was right. It’s clear she really knows the menu and takes pride in helping customers.

The restaurant was clean, the food was fresh, and the service was quick even during a busy time. Great job to Erin and the whole team for making the visit a positive experience. This Panda Express continues to consistently mess up our orders with so much regularity, the only person I have to blame at this point is myself for thinking they would be different the next time I ordered. We regularly order delivery, and on average have gotten an order messed up 50% of the time. Pick rice? You’ll get lo mein. Want some chicken? Cross your fingers it doesn’t “look” like any of the other chicken dishes, because you’ll be getting that instead. Order a dozen rangoons? I hope three is enough. Ask for teriyaki sauce? One packet is all you’ll get, despite the fact that it’s supposed to come with the teriyaki grilled chicken. Each time I’ve called to have these issues sorted out, I’ve been met with attitude, have been told to call back later, and that nobody is present who can process my refund, or to just come back to the store (for an order I had delivered). I’m beyond fed up, and none of the empty promises I’ve been told about improving service have ever come true. My recommendation is that you pass on this Panda Express location. They clearly don’t care, so I guess my business will be headed elsewhere.

I waited for 30 minutes in the drive-through this evening to get Panda Express and The girl at the window asked me if I wanted to sub something for the greens. I told her no thanks and she said I would need to pull around And come inside the store. I let her know that I would like a refund at which point she shut the window on me and yelled something to the back. She comes back out to the window and says never mind. The greens are almost up just a few more minutes. I get my food and I leave and by the time I got back to my hotel I noticed They had literally given me four pieces of beef. This was a huge disappointment. I work hard for my money and these days every bit counts. Obviously, I called the store to ask if I could get a refund. I Spoke with Erin, who was amazing She said I had up to 30 days to come back and get a refund or have the order remade and she was very kind and apologetic. I let her know that I was on a trip and that I would return today since I’m leaving Kalamazoo on Friday .I returned to the store and spoke with The manager whom I failed to get her name, but likewise was super kind and apologetic about the whole situation. The girl working in the drive-through approached me once I was in the store and said “your back?” And I told her Yes obviously I was because this is what I received, and she laughed and walked away. No apology or anything. I failed to get the manager’s name, but she was wonderful. She fixed the order. They remade it and everything was fine, but it did take an hour and a half out of my day to go through this experience, 2 hours if you count the time I spent writing this review. I did want to recognize the two ladies that helped me today to fix this and leave this on a positive note. Panda is lucky to have you and I hope you get the appreciation you deserve from your employer. It sucks that you have to spend your time apologizing for things that you haven’t done wrong, but I appreciate you.

I ordered through doordash, so I know the food isn’t going to come super fresh but what is this. First offz I ordered half white rice and half fried rice. I only got fried rice. Second, why does the walnut shrimp look like that? I’m guessing that’s the honey sauce but I’ve gotten this several times and it’s never looked like that. It almost looked like melted cheese and the shrimp is so pale. And the cheery on top is I didn’t get my fortune cookie.
I’ve only been here a couple times and each time my order is wrong in some way and even when I go there myself the food isn’t fresh. You can tell they just threw this together.
The service is always mid, like they don’t really care and they just want you to go away. Some employees are great and helpful though, so it’s not all bad. This is the closest one to me and I wish it was better. I guess there’s a solid reason it’s only 3 starts. Disappointing cause I usually enjoy other locations.

The food is great, but they barely acknowledge you for pick up orders and all the employees seem irritated and unfriendly. An “excuse me” would be nice when you force a customer to step out the way that you clearly saw when taking a cart of boxes to the dumpster.

So we made our order first we noticed how we both was missing items we ordered and the food was cold and tastes just like the canned food I can buy at the grocery store for half the price we paid for our meals, sorry but very true we ended up taking the food back and getting our money back. Will never eat from this canned fast food place. But be hard to hear but it’s true.

I would give 5 star, but they get a 4 because everytime I order delivery and get the bowl with Lo Mein, there is very little noodles in the bowl but there is so much cabbage, it could be called a cabbage bowl. When I pickup or dine in, it’s never an issue. It feels like an out of site out of mind situation, like if I’m in front of my food they seem to care more.
