I don’t know what was worse, the metal shaving in the orange chicken or having to argue to get the money refunded. You have cc card system and can refund as easily as you take transactions. Seriously needs customer service lacking is an understatement. “Really, there’s nothing we can do” until mentioning health inspector and I get my refund in cash.

Totally on my expectations going down on the chain with very rude staff Even the manager Nelda was with the staff how is this business still working being a food chain – should give proper training to the staff – Staff asked me to wait for 10min for the food I accepted to wait for the fresh plate to be made or I could have opted for other available choices, instantly when i turn my back puts the old soggy food in the plate.
