I went here with some colleagues and thought it was actually pretty decent for fast food. I had a two dish platter with white rice, orange chicken, and mushroom chicken. It all tasted fine to me. The staff was decent and the place seemed clean. I assume the food was fairly fresh due to the busy nature of the place. While I might not pick it as a first choice, it certainly wasn’t bad.

Walked in , no customers in front of me and it took about 5 mins for the ladies that were working tonight finish their gossip to take my order . They were out of shrimp , so asked how long it would take , the cook look at me and said 3 mins, 15 min later the shrimp was finally done and it took about another 5 min for one the lady that took my order to realize that I was still there waiting for my order .

All of this for me to get home and find hairs on the rice .
No manager around , lack of care of customer service , no sense of urgency , to finish delayed orders , lying about cooking times , and is suppose to be the head cook .

Beware of being charged whatever the management feels like charging you that day. Both Menus had the family meal at $35. The drive through screen either wasn’t an actual screen or didn’t work, so I was unable to see my charges until they gave my receipt, which showed I was charged $40. I asked them why and they initially said I had a premium entrée, which you can see I did not. Then the worker said they must have updated the price but not the menu and they couldn’t change it.

I let them know this was an illegal practice and would like my $5 refunded. The worker went to get a manager and came back himself and said he couldn’t help me. I reminded this is illegal and he asked I pull around and wait for a manager, who then never came out. There is a ton of other good food in Fairlane circle, don’t give these crooks your money, especially since you might never know how much they’ll be taking until it’s too late.

I will be disputing the charge with the imaged evidence if the matter is not resolved.

I like Panda Express, just not this one. The service is poor at best, the food is always sold out and the staff doesn’t seem to care.
Last visit I went an hour and 10 minutes before closing and they were out of just about everything including Orange Chicken. When I asked how long until more is made, they informed me no more for the night.
Their signature menu item not being available with more than an hour to go?
This incident is the least but that was the last, at least at this facility.

Busy, busy, busy! …and understaffed for it. We had to wait over 15 minutes for our food to be prepared, but were warned in advance. Despite all the chaos, our orders were perfect when finally received and of course hot and fresh.

The dining room was not very clean, nor was the bathroom. I’m simply stating a fact but do not blame the staff for the conditions one bit! It was all they could do to get food out. Not to mention, we personally witnessed a family making a complete mess out of a table, the floor and even the window… ick! But again the staff is NOT responsible for that, the poor parenting parents are. The lack of quality atmosphere was due entirely to a few (very) bad customers.

Food is fine but online pickup is a mess. On multiple occasions it has taken 5+ minutes for someone to acknowledge me standing right in front of the register knowing my order is ready. No idea why they can’t put pickups on the other side of the counter.

I came to order food, yes they close at 1030. I arrived exactly at 10 pm. I went inside to order food and was told they are not serving and closed!!!! If you are closed how come the doors are still open?

I’m giving it 2 stars for the fact that the food is still edible – it’s just dry, bland, and kinda sad. The chow mein had a slight flavor but man, I’ve never had any chow mein THAT dry before! Very small portions too which was fine with me for the simple fact the food was so bleh I sure didn’t want anymore, but looking at my receipt had me shaking my head. It’s giving fake corporate Chinese food vibes. You can get much better quality and bigger portions for cheaper or the same amount at real Chinese joints. Save yourself the disappointment.

They messed our order up then wanted to charge us more for the same food we originally ordered. Check your containers like thoroughly I assumed the food was in the containers but someone decided it was rocket science to put rice and chicken in the box. I work in customer service I would never speak/act the way they did towards a customer esp when I screwed up. Money don’t grow on trees we don’t eat out very often so it sucks when you spend your hard earned money to not get what you ordered it’s very upsetting! Please go to another location even if it’s a bit of a drive. I definitely won’t be back!

Food is still good but the portions are ridiculous. They were never this bad! I got 5 pieces of shrimp in my walnut shrimp, that was my one entree and paid $1.25 more for that, and I also got mushroom chicken as my second and it was basically just mushrooms with maybe 2-3 pieces of chicken.
My husband got mushroom chicken and the sweet fire chicken and same thing the portions were just a joke. They raised the prices and cut down portions. How does that make sense? I paid $32 for these 2 “meals” and 2 sides of chow main. Disappointed we didn’t get much. Not what they usually gave.
