All of this for me to get home and find hairs on the rice .
No manager around , lack of care of customer service , no sense of urgency , to finish delayed orders , lying about cooking times , and is suppose to be the head cook .
I let them know this was an illegal practice and would like my $5 refunded. The worker went to get a manager and came back himself and said he couldn’t help me. I reminded this is illegal and he asked I pull around and wait for a manager, who then never came out. There is a ton of other good food in Fairlane circle, don’t give these crooks your money, especially since you might never know how much they’ll be taking until it’s too late.
I will be disputing the charge with the imaged evidence if the matter is not resolved.
Last visit I went an hour and 10 minutes before closing and they were out of just about everything including Orange Chicken. When I asked how long until more is made, they informed me no more for the night.
Their signature menu item not being available with more than an hour to go?
This incident is the least but that was the last, at least at this facility.
The dining room was not very clean, nor was the bathroom. I’m simply stating a fact but do not blame the staff for the conditions one bit! It was all they could do to get food out. Not to mention, we personally witnessed a family making a complete mess out of a table, the floor and even the window… ick! But again the staff is NOT responsible for that, the poor parenting parents are. The lack of quality atmosphere was due entirely to a few (very) bad customers.
My husband got mushroom chicken and the sweet fire chicken and same thing the portions were just a joke. They raised the prices and cut down portions. How does that make sense? I paid $32 for these 2 “meals” and 2 sides of chow main. Disappointed we didn’t get much. Not what they usually gave.
