8/2023 5* Food was great. Sam was our server and she was awesome! Let us taste a bit of a few sauces to decide what we wanted. The Dirty Tots were great! I thoroughly enjoyed them as a meal! Too many calories. But I did enjoy each calorie as it slid right down! Wings were great and as expected. Only real downside was the music. It was great for the first hour. It was low. But then someone cranked it up and then we had to leave. Could not hear each other any longer.

horrible experience. i’ve gone here many times before and never had bad service but this one waitress was so unpleasant and unprofessional. only ordered 20 boneless wings and it took 30 min to get our food and it was not busy whatsoever. the waitress didn’t know what my drink that i ordered was and i had to give the ingredients on how to make it. very rude staff. I never have a problem with dining in anywhere and I’ve never even written a review before so this explains how bad my experience was. BWW please do better with your customer service.

I picked up my order and when I got home I realized that my 20 wing bundle was only 15.. seriously.. this just can’t happen in this day and age. This is twice now that BW3’s has messed up my order in just a few short days.. so I can only imagine it’s happening to others as well. It’s not just this location but this is the one I chose to post on. I am no longer a B-Dubs customer any longer. Plenty of other places to go.

Foods great. Service great. But they need to hire a busboy. Who wants to eat their dinner sitting next to a garbage can. Tables weren’t kept clean. Just hire a busboy and let the waitresses be waitresses. You’ll turn over more tables that way and have a better atmosphere.

Waited about 3-5 minutes with no one even glancing my direction.
Looked behind the to-go counter to see if they had any.
They did not.
Went to go ask for some and got threatened by this angry grandma who said she was going to call the police.
My god. What a piece of work.
Other staff was very helpful and even provided extra sauce at no charge! 🙂

This hole is pathetic! Especially if you’re ordering through any app! They either don’t get your order, mess up the whole thing, or even send you random stuff. Avoid at all costs!

Ordered food for carryout on the app. I couldn’t figure out how to get my reward with my order. I got to the restaurant and my food was ready, everything was there and there were no mistakes. I asked the server if he could help me with the app and he couldn’t but he quickly got the manager. With her help I was able to redeem my reward for free pretzel knots. I’m really glad I got to try them because they are delicious. Didn’t take very long to complete my order. And overall it was a positive experience. Thanks!

In my experience it is one of the best wing restaurants !! Obviously everything is super tasty but always my selection is the wing with parmesan cheese with garlic and the mega onion rings the best! In hamburgers the Daddy with spectacular blue cheese.
