Poor service. Ordered 3 entrée plate with crab ragoons. Expected to pay around 19 dollars and was charged almost 23 absolutely no mention on menu that some items are premium and others are not. No mention from server or anywhere on the menu. Steer clear. I’ve been to stand alone stores and never heard of premium entrées before.

I came in from a long drive decided to come to panda express the line was empty a girl by the name valarie stood there and was on her phone talking to another person while k was waiting in line. I was waiting for around 5 minutes just to get my order then have her making faces at me. She then proceeded to not pay attention to what i asked for and gave me the wrong drink and she walked away from the register as i stood there waiting for her attention as she spoke to male that i couldn’t read his name tag.

Broken Spoke Ranch Transport
3 pm on a Thursday, 5 people in line for 20 minutes while 3 management stand around laughing and 3 patrons walked away because we were out of time. Now we go hungry because your trainee is slow and has to keep asking for your assistance with portion sizes and not one of you offer to step in and assist. Shame on you and Shame on Panda express for employing such inconsiderate management

The closing time shows 10:00 pm, but when I arrived around 9:04 pm, they said they were closed. Even then, they still served two customers in front of me and then refused to serve me. I was already in line and clearly there before closing. This is very unfair and unprofessional behavior.
