So I decided to try something new at Panda Express, so I got the Orange Chicken, and It was awesome! I go here all the time and usually get the Orange Chicken, but tried to branch out and was glad I did! It was delicious, next time I think I’ll try something else new, like the Orange Chicken everyone is talking about! I’m very impressed with their wide selection of Orange Chicken!

It is a nice place to eat. The food is good. There was one thing we tried, black pepper steak. There are broccoli twigs in it. Unchewable sticks. I haven’t noticed that with the other entrees we get, but in this entree vegetables need upgraded. We usually get sweet fire chicken and orange chicken. They are delicious! I would love a vegetable choice on the menu . It’d be great if it came with the entree like rice.

The Starbucks next door made parking a little difficult as many vehicles were in the way but parking is ok. When we walked in the atmosphere was fine and everyone was friendly. My gf and I got the bigger plate with 3 entrees and side. Most of the food was good I can’t remember everything we got exactly but the spring roll and crab Rangoon didn’t really have any flavor at all. Not a perfect experience but I’d recommend based off our experience today

Third online order in a row that was delivered incomplete because staff didn’t give driver all of the food. Had to come to store to get the rest of the order as they refused to arrange another delivery, despite doing so for the previous incomplete orders.
Staff also refused to issue a credit for the delivery fee despite me having to the come to the store as the only resolution offered.
Will not be ordering from this location again.

I generally never complain when little mishaps occur, however this time was ridiculous. Went in about 8pm, knowing they don’t close until 1030 so I wasn’t worried about selection. However my wife ordered fried rice and double teriyaki. There were about 8 customers waiting for their orders and some pickups. She was told to wait about 5 minutes because they had run out of teriyaki, but no problem. I ordered white rice, shrimp and teriyaki. Then they said they were out of white rice and I would have to pick something else. Next, they were again out of teriyaki and it would be about 20 minutes, meanwhile my wife’s order was completed and sitting on the prep line getting cold. I went ahead and picked something they had which was down to only orange chicken. I ordered a Diet Coke but they didn’t give me the cup until I finally asked for it. I filled the Diet Coke at the fountain and discovered it was actually root beer. I was told someone had complained earlier and they said to try the root beer to see if it was dt. Coke, it was actually Dr Pepper. After complaining they finally gave me a Coke Zero in a bottle and said they would fix it tomorrow. Got to the table, no fortune cookies. Went and asked and they said they were out of those. So a oriental fast food place with no rice, no fortune cookies, back ordered chicken teriyaki, and a fountain machine giving mystery drinks????? Not to mention it was the first time I had been in there and the floors were dirty and tables needed wiped down.

Walked in to get a pick up order and there were 5 people waiting for pickups. 7 employees but no one offered to help. The one person responsible was too busy checking out people in the line to hand out prepaid prepared meals. Total lack of respect for time. What should be a 30 second activity took 8 minutes. Why even order ahead here???

Food is great but wouldn’t recommend to come during rush. I came in the store ready to order my food but walked in to a herd of people in a long line with some customer yelling rudely at the poor workers. On top of that, nobody seemed to take charge, was there no managers on duty to handle that customer I wondered. I prefer to see better management in this store.

My teenager & his friend chose this for dinner from Google’s “restaurants near me” list. I was a little worried; none of us had ever eaten here. It was great! Clean, fresh food & a great atmosphere. We’ll be back.
