I recently stopped by Burger King and overall had a very solid experience! The restaurant was clean, and the staff was friendly and efficient. My order was taken promptly, and the food came out quickly, which is always appreciated when you’re on the go.
I ordered the Whopper meal, and it definitely hit the spot. The burger was flame-grilled just right, with a smoky flavor that sets it apart from other fast food burgers. The lettuce and tomatoes were fresh, and the bun held everything together nicely without getting soggy. The fries were hot and crispy, not greasy, which was a pleasant surprise.
One of the highlights was how customizable everything is—it’s easy to make substitutions or remove toppings, which is great for picky eaters or dietary needs. I also tried one of the new seasonal shakes, and it was delicious—thick, creamy, and full of flavor.

My daughter and I stopped here yesterday for lunch. I was really impressed. The food came out quickly tasted fresh and everything was made correctly. My 3 year said her Hamburger was way way better than McDonald’s! Definitely will be back.

Just your average mid week night at a fast food restaurant but I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the place and how quick and friendly the staff was. The food was actually very good and tasty. Getting a little expensive for a meal these days but I think that’s pretty typical of the times. All good experience. I recommend this place for something quick with quality.

Wish I was able to take a video or a picture at least of what I just witnessed, I was here Saturday night and I ordered chicken fingers. While I’m waiting at the drive-through window, I see one of the workers pick up the chicken fingers with his bare hands and put it into the containers. No gloves or anything. I have never felt more sick to my stomach. My jaw was on the floor. Thankfully, this was my first time coming to this place, but holy crap I will never be back. Disgusting

I arrived around 10:40 am at the Mount Airy Md Burger King on 10/25/2025 and was unable to order breakfast items to dine in. Was told that breakfast stops at 10:30 am. Then manager came to register and advised of the same thing. I told the manager this was redicklous. So I walked out.
So I went to the New Market Md location around 11:00 am and was told the same thing, but the manager took my order for breakfast food. I explained what happened at the Mount Airy location.
This might be why consumers don’t go to Burger King locations. The time frame needs to change or sell breakfast all day also.

Always great service. I go through the drive through and it’s always fast, even at lunch time, and even when I talk fast or mix up my words, the employee always gets my order right. Thank you.

We ordered a Whopper Junior with cheese and got this teeny slider size burger. I get that we have shrunk sizes but to shrink it THAT much AND charge more?! I think I will pass BK by. Very sad as I do prefer BK over other fast food burgers.

I been there twice now. Both times the screwed up the orders. Even did a order on line and everything was wrong. Not sure whats going on at that restraunt but it doesn’t seem to have good management. I’m done with the place.
