Lobby closed at 4pm on a Friday. Drove my semi here 25 minutes because it was convenient. I hope Daniel sees this and knows this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I was literally inside at the counter ordering to-go, and yet they wouldn’t serve me. Said the lobby is closed. Poor service!! I’ll stick with other Carmel/Westfield location. Said to go through the drive thru. I’m in a 65 foot semi!!

I used the drive-through. The service was fast and the staff was friendly. It tasted about exactly what I expect it to taste like for Panda Express. Idk what all the 1-star reviews are for… my experience was no different than any other location.

Panda Express is great. This location is behind the other locations in the area. The drive may be farther, but it is worth the drive to go to another. Crab Rangoon is dry and brown looking, egg rolls look the same, brown and dry. The pepper chicken and Beijing beef were all vegetables with very little meat. Food looked dried out and not fresh. I will not be returning to this location.

Worst Panda Express location I’ve ever visited. Save yourself a hassle and drive to the carmel location. The orange chicken was disgusting. It was flavorless and soggy, also very fatty and slimy. The portion sizes were at best two thirds the sizes of other panda locations. The fried rice was cold and hard. The sesame chicken my fiancée ordered was similar to the orange chicken; flavorless, slimy, and cold. The super greens were very, very undercooked in such a way you might as well be eating raw vegetables with VERY little sauce/seasoning. Egg rolls were cold and the insides were so mushy it was like baby food. Additionally, I had to correct TWO different people attempting to take our orders multiple times as neither of them spoke English very well. Very frustrating experience, especially when you’re paying $15+ per person. All of the food was cold, nasty, and disgusting. Would feed better to my neighbors dog that never stops barking at all times of the night.

I was happy about this store opening since its closer than the one in Carmel, but this location has a SERIOUS issue with handling online orders. 4 out of my 5 visits to this location have had the same issue. I order online ahead of time for pickup to avoid lines, it says pickup will be available at certain time, I time it so I arrive 15 minutes AFTER that stated time to try to give them a little more room since I know its busy, and when I arrive it’s still not finished. I then wait in the dining room and watch staff serve everyone in the long line without working on any online orders (which you can see the status of on the TV screens), will take the online orders off the “in progress” board as if its finished but its not, start working on my order, then stop because new people come in and get in line, and they get all the way through getting their food and checking out, and they don’t start working again on my order until I have to tell them I’m there before they realize they haven’t finished putting the order together then do it. Which is after I’ve been waiting over 20 minutes which is 35 minutes past when the pickup time was.

This place is rude as heck. I ordered online for a mobile order to pick up. I went to pick up the food through the drive thru and they refused to give it to me. They said you can’t do that thru the drive thru. I am pregnant and have cancer, and I’ve got medical equipment attached to me due to medical issues I’m having. I cannot get out the car. I can’t even get pants on, even if I wanted to get out the car right now. They could have given it to me anyway, but chose to be jerks. I had to drive ALL THE WAY BACK HOME to get my son, just to drive back so HE could go in and it. There is NO place on the order that says you HAVE to go inside. I am livid, and will never come back here again. You don’t treat people that way, whatsoever!

Horrible experience! Sat in the drive through for 20 minutes and moved five feet. Went inside to order instead, and despite having only four orders in front of me, spent another twenty minutes. One service person who could speak English, and she was doing EVERYTHING (cashier, taking drive thru orders and serving in store customers when there orders were more complicated than pointing to the food desired). Food was good, but definitely not worth the time required and the frustration.

Ordered here a few times. Every time I mobile order, the food is not ready on time. Waiting 15-20 minutes after the “ready” time means it would be quicker to wait in line. I can understand it happening once, but it is like that every single time.
