I visit this Panda Express often, and it’s by far the best one I’ve been to! The customer service is top-notch, everyone is friendly and welcoming. The food is always fresh and hot, especially the orange chicken, which is my favorite. You can tell they take pride in keeping the place clean, and it shows. The manager on shift even checked on us to make sure we were happy, which was a nice touch. If you’re looking for great food and great service, this is the Panda Express to visit!

Today is the 11th of January 2026. I came from panda express on glenway about an hour ago and got chowmein(noodle pancit). Got home 10 mins after getting panda and started to eat, I notice a smell emitting from the food and guess what, The chowmein(noodle/pancit) is bad. You can smell the bad smell coming from the noodles. My Girl not to long after started to feel alittle sick and then threw up.
I know food gets bad but I didnt know it would be bad from the start of getting the food. It wasnt even 20 to 30 mins after I got the food and got home. So it got me thinking, how long those noodles have been on the serving area and they still served it while its bad.
I definitely would not be getting food hear for awhile. I hope that they fixed this issue!!!

Went in and didn’t get served. The lady up front helped a guy and I was right beside him about to order. And the lady looked at me after she finished with the guy and never said a word just looked and the guy who was on the other side of me she helped him. I left confused as to why she never said anything and I was ready to order. I did call the store looking for the superior. Got no answer. Now I’m not giving them my service at that particular store. People need to learn customer service if they want to work with the public.

Panda Express is one of my favorite places to go for a quick bite to eat and I’m also in the mood for it so my review bit be a tad bias. I always get the orange chicken and chow mein! The ladies behind the counter that wait on me are always nice and hard working. Rushing from one side to the next Durning peak rush times like lunch and dinner! I can’t stand cheap restaurants! I ordered the sweet chilli chicken and received a bunch of peppers, onions, pineapples and SMALL bits of chicken. When I returned, after looking at my food in the car, to ask about the portion size of chicken I was told because it comes with vegetables there isn’t a lot of chicken in serving such as how much you would receive with the orange chicken which do not have veggies (the explanation given when I said other patrons received generous protein portion servings). Ok, then explain why the pieces for those other non-vegetable proteins such as orange chicken have larger sized chicken pieces? I will not be returning and I already informed my son not to ask me to go there again, on my dime, either. The young lady who served me informed me if I received 7 pieces of chicken and I could purchase more for $1.50. Why would I purchase more onions, peppers, and pineapples!? I mean that’s really what it consists of. Also the veggies you’re seeing were an additional entree choice. And while polite, the young lady chose to use her marker to point out the seven pieces of chicken as she talked very close to my food. Smh!

Panda Express is my granddaughter’s favorite. Orange Chicken with Noodles. Gets it every time. I went to this location alone and enjoyed HOT Orange Chicken. LOVED IT!!! Mine was with fried rice. I also enjoyed an egg roll.

We went 45 mins before closing and even with a line the food wasn’t fresh. We had to wait so they rushed. My veggies were not cooked more raw than anything. Flavor was minimal. I had more veggies than meat on my big plate since they gave me alot of raw veggies. I could have done better for price we spent.

You know, I really love Panda. When they get it right. Which is maybe 1 out of 5 times. Today was a good day. The portions are great and the flavors delicious. That Orange Chicken is unmatched! But I’ve had so many issues in the past with undercooked rice or overcooked entrees, missing whole meals from my orders, failing to tell me that you were out of teriyaki sauce until after I ordered, paid for, and was handed my bag of dry teriyaki chicken and then acting like it’s not an issue… Whatever they got going on today, more of that, please!
