The food is alright, staff is amazing. I remember going to Panda Express when at the Tri County mall and I feel like this particular resuraunt doesn’t have the variety of options the one in the mall had, and I feel like the food is subpar when it comes to Chinese. Its not that it’s bad, don’t get me wrong. But with how expensive it is, you’d expect better. The main reason for 3 stars is how expensive it is, I’m pretty sure it’s one of the most expensive options on the west side and they need to expand their menu. The fact they don’t have General Tso chicken is silly, I’ve never heard a panda express not having that, but that’s only 1 example. If the price of the food wasn’t so high here and they had more options I would definitely give 5 stars. Also, it’s in a weird spot. It should be accessible from the main road but I always have to turn by walmart and cut over to the road behind the theater to get in. I think down the main road farther may be another entrance but I’m not positive as it’s not exactly marked in any way. A good thing though, if they mess up your order they’ll let you keep whatever they gave you and make your order right, so sometimes you may get free food. One thing im not a fan of is after you order they ask to donate to charity which makes you feel obligated cause if you dont you feel like they are going to think badly of you. I dont care to round up to the next dollar but in this economy, hardly anyone can afford all of that. On the bright side the large carts (a la carte) give you more food than most can even handle, so at least you know you wont be hungry for quite some time. Not much else to say, I’ve had it twice and spent around 50 bucks both times and haven’t been back since. Everything taken into account I give it 5/10 and that’s mainly cause the price, as well as the other issues I stated. I hear they pay good though (for a fast food place anyway)

Coming into a newer restaurant you need to give some grace to those working behind the counter. We waited 45 minutes today and left. I do not blame the workers they are doing everything they can. I do blame the management and/corporation who I do not believe are supporting these workers or community of patrons who really love the food. Getting irritated and yelling at them does not help. Maybe the corporate should pay more, train more and just be present. Especially in a new store by a huge university.

Was very excited for this new store. Well then we had the food…. The food was all Luke warm at best. Which should never be an issue coming from fresh made to a steam table. The food for dine in should be piping hot! The cabbage in the lo mein was hard, not the good crunchy crisp but hard inedible hard. And what in the pork paste was in the filling for the egg rolls? Order at drive thru. Took forever to place the order and could hear staff inside discussing how to do stuff so im not sure what was going on. But once we ordered it was less than 5 minutes to get our food. Food was hot and seemed fresh.

Went in to order a quick lunch but they were out of one of my favorites so asked if they had more coming. I was told it would be ready in 10 min. After waiting 15 min I re-approached the counter and realized it was never actually coming. They called back again to make the beef and again I had to wait. They rushed it but when it came out they put all veggies and one piece of steak plus it was cold. Wasted almost my whole lunch break and now I get to eat sub par food. Won’t be going back anytime soon.

Been there two times both times were not good experiences first time at 5:00 p.m. they had no chicken second time I was going to get a chow mein Bowl with three entrees the last time I got a bowl the chow mein had no onion in it I cannot eat onion at all it makes me sick so I’m being told about something about a recipe so what is it what is it that you have right there this is a complete disappointment my first experience Panda at another location was awesome I could not wait until the store open and now sadly I’ll never be there again because it’s too inconsistent and it’s all matter of fact nobody offered me to prepare some chow mein by itself without onion they just stood there and looked at me and talked about the recipe some more goodbye panda

I wish there were more diet drink options. Being a newly opened establishment the staff were doing their best and were pleasant. we were there on a Wednesday evening around 6pm and a line was steady out the door. Kudos to the staff working non stop
