Tried Panda for first time and wont again.Got orange chicken and sweet n sour chicken, Couldnt even get past 2nd bite. Couldnt try each individually due they were mixed together. Wow no idea if bottle dropped or what but no sweet or sour, or orange it was all spicy to eat. My neighbor loves spicy but he couldnt even eat it. Those eggrolls are not eggrolls. But the fortune cookie was good. Doordash driver was A+

The Massillon location is a very poorly ran facility. They clearly don’t care about their customers or they would take the time to help them instead of just worrying about the online orders they made me feel like my money didn’t matter. They also had multiple employees at one point six of them and not one person could help the five of us that were standing in line total. It took me 20 minutes to get my order with no apologies or anything. As a manager myself this is bad and when you allow your management to run a business like that then you’re going to get bad reviews. I made sure I did every complaint I could on this facility because nobody should have to wait like that or not be acknowledged. The manager spent more time talking to her crew on the headset about nonsense then worrying about the line of people. She did come out and help but it was only to help online orders. I give this place a 0/10. I was happy about having a local Panda but I would rather drive the 20 minutes across town and then to have to go through what I went through at this place. Also corporate does not make it easy so you can get a hold of them you have to fill out a form which I feel like they know there’s a problem that’s why they don’t want any direct calls. It’s funny you can call some place fast food and instantly talk to corporate but Panda Express does not give you that option and that’s worrisome.

Stopped in to grab lunch. The staff is very friendly here. Ordered a plate with fried rice, orange chicken, honey sesame chicken, cream cheese wontons, and a pop. Total came to $14, not bad, seeing as I could make 2 meals out of the portion. The food was hot and fresh. I can always get a quick and filling meal here. Keep up the good work.

Ordered a plate that was supposed to have 2 entress and a side and when I got home and opened it they only gave me 1 entree and a side. Just left the one entree empty.

Always a winner! Their food is always hot and freshly made, and super de-lish! On this occasion, I had the Bejein Beef and Orange Chicken with Rice. I asked for a package of Teriyaki and then sprinkled this wonderful liquidy delight overtop my rice; stirred it and super YUM!

Panda Express NEVER scrimps on portion-size! There’s always enough for 2-3 meals of warm-ups! And isn’t that such a bargain price? It truly is! I absolutely love Panda Express! Never gets old…no matter the city I am enjoying eating at Panda Express!

The quality of food here has severely gone down hill i will no longer be going to any locations after my last experience of under cooked/over cooked dry bland food. Also since when is fried rice supposed to taste like all you eating is white rice . They wouldn’t do anything about my undercooked/ over cooked food no replacement or refund not a good look.

Food is always freshly prepared, and atmosphere is very light and pleasant.

I waited in the drive thru for over 30 mins, not moving, with only 3 cars ahead of me (also not moving) and by the time I got up there they claimed they were closed but as i pulled away, I saw them take someone else’s order. There’s not way I got denied after I waited 30 minutes for food after a 12hr shift.
