Somehow I ordered online where it is very clear what you are supposed to put in the box and they managed to get the order wrong and completely miss an entrée, I’ll be going in person next time since clear directions are obviously needed.

NEVER ORDER PANDA EXPRESS ON UBER EATS or any other Delivery service because they will Rob You of quanity. I paid close to $10 for a small order of Honey Walnut Shrimp only to receive an extremely small box that held 3 pieces of Shrimp. Unbelievable! Wow ! I will never order from them again

Absolutely terrible customer service. Gave the wrong order to door dash for delivery. On top of needing to go up to the restaurant to get our right order that was dying in window when we arrived, there was no compensation or offer refire the order since it was sitting there for 30 minutes. Shame on us for not checking the order in the restraunt, because we get it home and it is wrong any way, picture attached is supposedly a double order of the walnut shrimp. Called the restraunt to see what we can do rectify the situation and all I got was apologies and and a half baked offer to remake the order that we could then pickup ourselves. Absolutely worst customer service experience and definitely not worth my time or gas to make up for their mistakes. Never going back to this location, and they’ll be lucky if we go to any other locations any time soon.

One of my BIGGEST pet peeves is NOT being greeted when I walk into an establishment. We were NOT greeted upon walking in. I was MORE UPSET when I saw the Manager of all people walk up front and not say a word. Let me just say though TH3 FOOD WAS AMAZING!! The food can be amazing but I PROMISE if the Service Sucks why go back? This was NOT a busy time. We were the ONLY customers in line and one car on the drive thru. Out of the 3 women we had stood there and watched a totally different young lady Antonia came and helped us. 2 women had remained up front the manager Nelly was “looking” busy and that was about it!! 4 min. For 4 min we stood there without being greeted or helped. Long time when your hungry and clearly see they are not slammed. They didn’t care whether we had stayed or left including the manager. Antonia was awesome. She even offered Mt husband and I a taste test of something we had not heard of which was the Refreshers. Well it is because of her that we bought one! She was so nice and polite. Definitely was the only.one who was actually friendly and like she wanted to be there. (even of she really didn’t) She definitely is getting all the appreciation I can give her right here. Thank You so much Antonnia! It was because of you we didn’t walk out!

I am questioning there quality of chicken.was full of gristle and chewy.total turn off.Is this fresh chicken?seen worker pouring a bag of frozen chicken pieces into pan.probably not going back due to this.been there 3 times and each time was the same.

The food here is always great for the price and the service was fine enough but a little less friendly than I would offer. There was also a bunch of stuff on the tables around the restaurant making seating particular. Overall a good recommendation but it could use a bit of an improvement.

The honey walnut shrimp and orange chicken was fine, but the chow mein tasted like shoelaces and the fried rice was anything but friend with lots of undercooked grains. Those two sides are what completes a Panda experience, so I was disappointed.
