Not sure why all the negative reviews…I had amazing customer service! The young woman working was busy but greeted me immediately and asked what she could get started for me. She helped me with options and was very kind and patient. We brought the food home (20 min drive) and it was still hot and delicious. We got the orange chicken, broccoli beef and honey sesame chicken. I’d recommend all of them.

Highly recommended order or visit when opening, food comes out fresh.

Had food delivered. Order was wrong. Teriyaki chicken was in big chunks with lots of fat and all dark meat (didn’t even order….ordered shrimp and beef). Noodles were overcooked and all stick together, some too hard to even eat. Orange chicken was good that’s why I gave a 2. When you pay for something and the order is wrong that’s one thing but when you can’t even eat the error, that’s another. Should have checked the reviews. Now I see the reviews aren’t so well. No more ordering from here. Have always loved Panda, but not this one. Needs new management.

Food was the typical panda express super yum. But the staff…rude rude rude. Not only did they yell at us through the drive through when we asked if we could do two separate orders(they said no, and i know they can i’ve worked in fast food). So we go into and they were out of noodles and super greens, so we were met with an eye roll when we asked for them. After waiting for our food the lady checking us out had an attitude problem, no have a nice day or sorry for the wait just hands me the bag and stares at me. I’ll be going somewhere else for my fast food chinese experience.

We asked for 2 sesame chicken plates and then preceded ordering a kids bowl with noodles and sesame chicken they said we used up all the chicken for the other 2 plates and there was no more left. Then we asked for soy suause and there was unnecessary bad customer service.

My family and I walked in almost two hours before they closed. They were out of almost everything, and made up lies to deter us from ordering certain things that they would have to make. They actually told us it would be over an hour to make white rice. We had to repeat our orders several times because the three people it took to package the food did not listen. Since they were not listening to our orders, they had to keep “adjusting” their attempts at cooking small portions. When they finally finished preparing our food they packed everything in to go bags without asking if we were dining in or taking it to go. The fresh food was mediocre at best and the things that they had prepared were dry and tasted old. I’ve eaten at several other Panda Express locations and this one is by far the worst. I would not recommend anyone to waste their time and money at this location. Drive a few miles farther and go to the one Amherst or Fairview Park.

It’s a Panda Express. Its acceptable for a “Chinese food place” that doesn’t even understand the difference between lo mein and chow mein. Food is what you’d expect but I waited almost 5 minutes to pay for my order while who I assume is the only person capable of running the register was distracted by putting forks out. I understand these things happen but at no point was the inconvenience even addressed. “Sorry for the wait.” Yeah, that never happened.
As a Panda Express it’s okay, barely. I’ve given 5-stars to truck stop bathrooms but this is a solid 3-star.

Food is great but service is horrible. Placed an order at 6:00. Was told to pick it up at 6:30. Waited in line for an extra 25 minutes because my food was not ready. So in all it took them an hour to make an $11 meal. The food is great. The service is horrible. I would not recommend this Panda Express to anyone because of how long it takes. I went to the Panda Express in Lorain and they are so much faster. This will be the last time I ever ordered food from them. That employees just seem lazy. When I ask for you tensils, the kid with orange hair looked at me like he didn’t know what I just asked. If you don’t like your job get a new one

Why oh why? The food was so not like what I’m used to when I went in yesterday. Yeah I think it was between one and two. The Beijing beef was not like it is typically. It seemed to be thickly coated and it tasted very much like vinegar. Please watch the quality control or else I can’t stay a regular customer. The rice was undercooked.
