Don’t leave the drive thur without checking your bag, you’ll have at least one item missing MOST of the time. The fries are ALWAYS under cooked. And the shake machine is broke more than working.

I want to put in a complaint about the Gloversville NY McDonald’s at 12078. I placed an order at the drive through. The girl taking my order got it wrong. I went inside to get what I really ordered and asked the girl in charge. I was very nice to her when I went in. I said I got the wrong order if I could get the 2 cheeseburgers I did order . Then she said she had to charge me for the mistake which was there’s to begin with. Then she proceeded to tell me” We are not giving out food for free.” What I got which was wrong to begin with was not Free I payed for it more than what 2 cheeseburger meals cost. The only thing they got right was 1 fish filet that I did want. I expected her to fix THEIR mistake. She finally fixed the mistake after being inside 15 minutes and I gave back one filet fish because they gave me 2 instead of one. It is the sameful thing when a multi million dollar company employee has to act the way she did to me today. August 5 2023. I will no longer order from this McDonald’s you just lost a customer.

I came here for a coffee and apple pie. They said we do not have any apple pie. This is the third time they didn’t have any apple pie. Then we sat in line of 3 cars for 10 min, after paying. Then we were told they dont have any coffee, at 8:20 PM. Then a nasty pig like man said I would have to pull up and wait another 7 minutes while they made some. This is the worst McDonalds I ever experienced. The pick up window man looked either drunk or high. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE 1/2 HOUR TO WASTE. We waited 10 more min. , never got coffee, and just left without it. Went across the street to Burger King, got coffee in less than 1 minute. The manager of this McDonalds should be fired immediatly. This kind of terrible service is the norm for this location.

My grandson and I drove over here to get pancakes while his mom had a surgical procedure done at Nathan Littauer Hospital. The shake machine was broken, I received no coffee stirrer and only one pancake syrup small pack. My grandson’s three pancakes needed more syrup so I politely asked for one more syrup. The cashier looked at me blankly and said that the syrup comes with the pancakes. I replied that one syrup was not enough. She still stood there looking blankly. I asked please if I could have one syrup and finally she gave me one. What nonsense.

Stopped in shortly after the switch to lunch and had to wait a few minutes for my food. When they brought my food out the had thrown in a couple free pies and some super hot and fresh fries for making me wait. Staff was super helpful and polite. This is what service is about.
