They consistently mess up orders and dont care. The management sets the tone so no one there can be bothered to make your orders correctly. Last five times we have gone they have messed up half our order. The second to last time I ordered sausage breakfast burritos, paid for them at the first window and at the second window they told me they didnt have any more.

I waited 27 mins in a drive thru of 4 cars for a mobile order pickup. Awful service. Instead of cashing out the people waiting to move the line forward, this girl continues to take orders… terrible terrible service.

This is the exact Big Mac I received. I posted on X, McDonald’s contacted me took my information and did nothing. I reported them to the Herkimer department of health which covers Fulton County. Don’t go here unless you want tampered with food, Johnstown and Fonda also have the same owners beware. Gave them a chance to fix it even and did nothing.

The drive thru experience is always awful. I haven’t paid yet and have been in line for 10 minutes. There were 5 associates outside, with a door wide open smoking when I pulled up. Its always like that at this location.

Ordered 2 kids meal at 1:17 proceeded to watch people who ordered behind me get there food and gone. Finally received my order 27 mins later, when I voiced my problem with the lady in charge she laughed. Fries were cold,burger was burnt if I could post picture I would but review has no spot fir photo. Going to BK from now on.

After traveling around the US and Canada with my wife in a camper van. we had the pleasure of visiting this McDonald’s We’ve been to a lot of McDonald’s across the US. This is a very well-run McDonald’s and it is very apparent from the moment you pull in there wasn’t a single piece of garbage in the parking lot or on the grass everything was kept neat and tidy. I can’t emphasize enough how this sets the tone when you pull into an establishment. Had the pleasure of speaking to Leo who is doing a great job at keeping things neat and tidy. Highly recommend!

I usually don’t have too many problems with this locations, but i’d like to know how i ordered a mcdouble with extra pickles and extra onions and got a double patty, cheese and buns, one with which looks like it has a bite out of it in an inside out wrapper and didn’t even give us a receipt so ended up using the store locator through the app to submit it.
