This Panda Express doesn’t taste good it tastes very bad not like the Panda Expresses I’ve been too. Very poor food (see more below) it was impossible to eat I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

This steak doesn’t taste like steak it has a funny sauce and the honey walnut shrimp look off and don’t taste good either they also charge extra for it for some reason.

Didn’t catch his name but the man working at this Panda Express had outstanding customer service. I was hoping the tip option showed up as I paid because he definitely deserves it. It’s refreshing to know there’s people who still know how to communicate with human decency and take pride in what they do. If you see this, Thank you sir. 10/10

Shout out to Lindi – I see you, working so hard to make these beautiful dishes. You know I always get a beef dish, but this is the first time the beef was ever tender as in cooked to perfection tender!!!! First time ever, not kidding! It looked like a challenge to keep them full because everyone with a brain is gonna choose this over the other options!! Thomas was great too, the two of them were sticking the dishes and selling them and just keeping a smooth operation going. Also first time I’ve seen the 3 dish, which I’ve been eating off mine all night, it’s so perfect for truckers, cause we inevitably get hungry again when everything is closed… (BK is all night here ) Thanks team, and genuinely if you could pay Lindi big bucks to train people how to cook the beef like that. You’re sales would double! ❣️ Promise

The staff here is so unprofessional and don’t care about customer service and the manager could care less about customer service, backing up unprofessional and rude staff. Don’t stop here just go somewhere else and spend your money. Corporate needs to read some of the staff reviews and go do something about the customer service in this establishment.

I like Panda Express but not this location, I ordered the bigger plate and what I got was like small plate.Not as I expected, Everything they put in have been decrease. I recently had an experience at this location that I believe could be improved. We ordered food and had to wait quite a while at the counter, during which time we felt a bit overlooked. After about 20 minutes, I inquired about the rest of our order and learned that it hadn’t even been started. This was surprising and highlighted a lack of communication.
While the food we did receive was tasty, it was already beginning to cool down, which was disappointing. I felt that the staff could benefit from additional training in customer service and operational efficiency, as it seemed they were not fully engaged with the customers.
Additionally, when we requested a full refund, there was an error in the amount returned, which added to the frustration. It felt as though our concerns weren’t taken seriously.
I believe that with some attention to detail and improved customer interaction, this establishment could enhance the overall experience for its patrons. The owner might want to consider these points to help retain customers and build a more positive reputation.

Yikes… the pork with broccoli tasted like pennies. The teriyaki chicken had a weird aftertaste, and the noodles were half cooked and cold at 6:30pm at the dinner rush. The workers were really nice, but man the food was terrible

This place needs improvement in every way – from stale food, to staff’s attitude. After a first time dissappointment, we decided to give it another try. Well, it was another dissappointment. Wynter, was the only staff member that seemed he wanted to work – the other two young ladies did not and the supposed manager, had an attitude. I really dont know how this place survives.
