I was having trouble using the app I went in to get help. I made adjustments to my order adding extra topping to my Sunday and less ketchup on the burger.… So that is light ketchup and this is a medium Sunday with almost $1 more for extra peanut butter…..please tell me what i am missing? I brought it to their attention and they did absolutely nothing so I just basically threw my money in the trash because as you can see, I’m not eating this burger And the sunday was gone in two bites

Went through the drive through to get 2 blizzards, ordered 2 blizzards and received 1. There was only 1 on the receipt so I didn’t say anything. Once I received the 2nd blizzard I was accused of harassing the employees because I went through again and I was with somebody the window worker didn’t get along with.

Had to pull up and wait which is fine but then they 4got blizzard and got it after I reminded them. Brought it out with icecream all over the cup. I had to ask for a lid and napkins but couldn’t put it on because the over flow was to bad.

Me and my best friend went there to try the new blizzards. And there was the most kind, funny, and energetic worker there. Her name was joy, she so stylish and was a very pleasant person. She went around and made sure everyone that was sitting down was doing good. She even checked up on us! Again super sweet! She was on the dot with keeping things clean and bringing food out to customers. As a fast food worker myself, I’m truly grateful and appreciative of her attitude and work ethic!

This is a new Dairy Queen that seems to have found some solid crew members. The service is always nice however like all Dairy Queen’s, pretty long wait times. Blizzards are always on point. Food is about as good as Dairy Queen can deliver.

To begin the drive through line was not that long however, the wait was. After the 30 minute wait our burger was wrong both the chicken strip baskets had very small tenders for what you pay for and a small portion of fry’s. The toast was good and the cheese curds. Maybe would have been better if they remembered our ranch as well. I understand they just opened however, messing pretty much every item up is unacceptable.

Ordered a 4 piece chicken strip and a small blizzard of the month. They asked me to pull forward and wait for my food, no problem. I sat there 15 minutes until a kid came out with my blizzard in his armpit and my box pressed sideways against his chest. Talk about gross. Not to mention my blizzard was sour and my food was already cold. Definitely will not be back

Only one around with the hype energy and always willing and wanting to feed your dog the first licks of the pup cups. Carl my cattle dog knows exactly what DQ on Erie st is. As soon as we pull in its crying excitement non stop moving. We will go in to eat ours then we have to take him through the drive thru so he can see the smiling faces of happy joyful energy employees. We love you ERIE ST DQ! Keep up the amazing work. I loved the chicken strip basket with onion rings and an ice tea. I was on lunch and the only one in line at the drive through. The wait was a bit long for the lack of cars in the parking lot and the drive through line.
