Excellent location to visit. The staff here are always professional and sanitary. Gloves are worn whole handling food and hands are washed often.
The food is a great value. I always have enough for a second meal so I usually get my food in a take home box regardless if I am eating in.
The atmosphere is usually quiet in the evenings. The staff keeps it pretty clean but not and then, there are small messes left unattended for a while before the staff will clean it.
They do have a policy that states that if the cashier doesn’t hand you the receipt at the completion of the sale, you get a meal for free. Last night a young man didn’t hand me my receipt. I didnt worry about it but 2 minutes later, he brought it to my table with an apology. I thanked him. The professionalism here is great compared to other similar restaurants .

I came here for lunch was expected mediocrity and was pleasantly surprised by great customer service and amazing taste of food. Everything was fresh. The place was extremely clean. Staff was very polite and welcoming. You gotta appreciate a good app panda express great job at management and all the staff you guys are doing amazing.

I did an online order and picked it up myself through the drive through and it only took 10 minutes. I drove home and it was NOT piping hot, which I’m guessing is a surprise to some people based on their door dash reviews calling it out for being cold- but since I was the driver, I guess I can’t complain and shouldn’t since it’s pretty obvious as to why but wanted to leave this message here for the less intelligent folks I see in the reviews! It tasted great! I’ll be back when I get another coupon! Based on other comments, it looks like I’m gonna eat here for year and years and then something will happen and I will hate it for life and everyone that worked during specific times, while I was there, should be fired! I hope I never turn into one of those people. Great food!

I just ordered a plate, and my doordash order, I ordered the mushroom chicken, the peppered steak, and fried rice in chow mein. The food looked excellent once I had ordered it through doordash. I began eating my food in the first thing I dug into cuz I haven’t had it in quite some time, was the chow mein. As I took my third bite, my Fork picks something hard up inside. I pull out a 4-in x 2-in piece of soft plastic. The absolute horrified look on my face doesn’t even express my anger. Extremely disappointed and can’t believe that this happened in the first place and especially to me. I’ve been eating from this place for over the last 5 years. I love your food but now I don’t know if I ever want to eat your food ever again. So Panda Express if I were you whoever was doing doordash deliveries and cooking the food between 7 and 9:00 p.m. Wednesday January 7th should be fired immediately. I’m extremely disappointed in your company and your staff and I can’t believe you let something like this go to someone’s house let alone to eat.

The portions are uneven I barely got any chicken and beef but the customer beside had a heaping amount of chicken, as well as my husband he had double. I know they are busy but I’m paying the same amount I should get the same amount, but the food is always very good.

The line was relatively quick , one lady had to wait for food. Over all the place is clean and spotless. The staff was great and one lady checked me out early to save time.
