I have been eating at panda for 20 years. Maybe more. I have never been treated so rudely by any employee, until last night. I asked Lilly to give me the noodles and I requested that she give me extra cabbage. This has never been a problem before. She looked at me and rudely said”i can’t do that” then she deliberately served me noodles with no cabbage at all. I told her that this had never been a problem and that every employee has always given me what i want. She dismissed me by saying “I’m sorry, maam.” I know that this is NOT the way a panda employee treats a customer. I will go back, but only if Tiara can serve me. Tiara is the sweetest girl and always goes the extra mile to be sure we are happy. Lilly is detrimental to your business. She should not be serving anyone. I’ve been doing reviews online for years. I am not the one to be rude to.

There was some technical and misunderstandings problems recurring with my online order, but the team was patient and friendly with me and was able to figure out the problem and fixed it. so I was able to get my food. So far the best customer service ive had in all stores. ya’ll the best!

Double broccoli and beef and got all broccoli why?? Why not just say y’all out of it?? I’m not vegetarian I want my meat. I’ll be a Karen over this.

I’ve had mixed experiences with the Owensboro location. The orange chicken is good, the rice is hit or miss depending on how busy they are, but today the broccoli beef was just a total miss. The order came with 3 small pieces of beef (more like mush) with a majority of the meal giant pieces of broccoli. Asking for a little less broccoli and actual meat with the meal and was given the whole “you only get 30% beef to 70% broccoli” bs. I’m paying for BEEF and broccoli and stuffs not cheap. To get at least some meat with the meal we had to do an extra a la carte order. I understand the meat vs veggie portion but if I have to dig just to find a piece of the beef, your portioning is way off Panda Express. Do better.

First time trying it here, absolutely loved it while living in Texas, so we was excited about trying it… Waited in line for awhile, got my food and returned home. You can’t tell by the picture but the noodles was beyond old and so dried out, had no taste!!! The meat actually was tender and tasted okay. Wasn’t very happy about spending over 11 and couldn’t even eat it/portion size wasn’t great as well.

Finally got around to stopping in here after they opened the eat-in area. My son and I each ordered a plate and were pleased with our food. Not too shabby for two of us to eat for just $20. Personally I had the Black Pepper Angus Steak and Kung Pao Chicken with Chow Mein (pictured below). I’d order the Kung Pao again in a heartbeat. The steak was a little lack luster. My son really enjoyed the Orange Chicken, but didn’t care much for the Mushroom Chicken. All in all, not a bad visit
