Took an hour and half just for the order to come out wrong. Then another 45 minutes for the second pizza. Was met with hostility from the manager when simply requesting updates and then requesting some kind of repay or correction of the incorrect order. I’m not a confrontational person so I swear I wasn’t going all Karen on anyone but they were still so rude to me! Mind you all I ordered was one large pizza with pepperoni! This experience was absolutely ridiculous. And it’s not like they are super busy just a handful of costumers when we arrived but since no one is getting their food it created an unnecessary line. Bathroom was also disgusting! Didn’t receive any compensation, apology, or ANYTHING for these complications. While we we’re waiting only four pizzas came out during that time (the manager said it only takes 8 minutes to cook in the oven) so please explain to me how it is possible to cook four pizzas over a 2 hour time frame?

The last 3 weeks Little Ceasars has messed up my order! I order through the app so there is no question. They gave the wrong pizza 3 weeks in a row! I went up there to get my correct pizza, they didn’t even say sorry or anything! Bad business!

Horrible customer service and kitchen organization. Ordered online for a 7:30 pick up. Showed up at 7:20. Did not receive my order until 8:33. Employees were unmotivated and basically did not give a damn. That said, the pizza was good, but not worth waiting for 1.5 hours. The electronic board with orders ready or working on was not utilized and this created additional confusion with the customers as well as employees. I am aware good help is hard to find, but bad unmotivated help is inexcusable. Will not return to this location unless they meet me in the parking lot with a bottle of lotion. Very disappointed. Little Caesars is better than this…

Ive been trying to give this place be benefit of the dout since they opened but they have continuously and repeatedly since they opened. Missing items, food made wrong, and lazy staff more focused on gossiping with eachother and giggling on the phone. Today I ordered online of a simple pepperoni pizza and picked up and at home they forgot my sauce and the pizza was meat lovers. How do you mess up a simple pizza? Tried to call and was left on hold for around 13 mins before snapping and going up to the store. We gave the pizza back to the male cook who was a angel about it but the two girls with him seemed to be more focused on their phone and some boy than their jobs. Leaning and giggling while people waited on the backfill this poor guy is doing than being useful coworkers. Though ive had it with this location. If you want to wait 30 mins for 1 meal come here if not avoid at all costs.

Nothing wrong with the food here. The employees are the problem. Slow slow slow. Regularly order online for pickup later and it’s never ready. Ignore what the app says. I’ve been standing here for 20 minutes after the app gave me a pickup code.
Maybe they are just understaffed. One employee has been out at the tables on her phone since I’ve been here so if she’s on break and they can’t handle the work without her that’s not their fault.

I went and hour ago to pick up a pizza the young lady behind the counter was extremely rude to a customer in front of me and then me also rolling her eyes then saying yeah what do you want this is the second time in less than a month that she has done this I tried to complain to the manager and couldn’t even speak to the manager I tried calling multiple times and can’t get them to answer the phone!!!! I will not return ever again!!!!!

RUDE!!!! first let me say customer service is highly recommended I placed my order with the girl upfront she said it would be 15 minutes on the wait well that’s was a bunch of bull more like 30 min we sat there and looked at our order in the warmer that’s when the girl came from the back and ask have we gotten our food fast forward we get the food and go figure it’s wrong so I take it back in there was a guy at the front counter I told him it was wrong he stated that I looked right really so I had to bust the pizza open to show him so they take my food to the back to get remade there playing having a good old time I’m waiting again so I ask one of the managers from the store what was going on she went to the back to get the manager when I talked to the manager she stated she was sorry that there going to get in trouble for a bad review so at this point I was done got my money back and left I will never suggest that anyone visit this new location they are rude and play entirely to much jp gas station y’all have to do better with the hiring process.
