I had a great experience at Panda Express recently. I decided to try the new Dynamite Chicken and paired it with the Beijing Beef, and the combination was excellent. The Dynamite Chicken had a crispy texture with a flavorful spicy kick that wasn’t overpowering. The Beijing Beef added the perfect balance with its sweet and tangy sauce and tender pieces of beef. Together, the flavors complemented each other really well. The food was hot, fresh, and served quickly, and the staff were friendly and efficient. If you’re looking for a good mix of spicy and sweet, this pairing is definitely worth trying on your next visit.

went all the way home to then find out i was missing some of my order. came back and tried to explain to the girl with red hair and freckles that i was missing my black pepper steak , she looked at me confused and asked “what i wanted to do.” she acted confused the whole time like i was speaking in another language , i don’t understand what’s hard to understand about my order not being fulfilled correctly. after she asked that , i said i just wanted my correct order lol. there was sauce from the teriyaki chicken all over the inside of my bag and it was all over the sauces as well as the teriyaki chicken container itself, really messy, which is what i told her but she didn’t seem to understand either, and didn’t replace the bag. overall weird employees, attitudes, and overall experience .on top of that the food really isn’t fresh or good tonight which is especially dangerous because i got the honey walnut shrimp as one of my entrees. the food is making my stomach hurt and giving me a headache, so i’m definitely not finishing it. i won’t be back, if ever , for a long time .

To have your night shift employees laugh at me for having to drive out to get in online order for them to not even make it. I placed my order at 9:20 it said ready by 9:45 ,and time adjusted to 9:41 so we assumed it was ready. we go to pick up order and the only thing they have are greens, and old food that had been sitting.they didn’t even bother to call to let me know they couldn’t make my order. As soon as my husband walks in the guy cooking and walking around walks behind him before I can get me and my baby out to use restroom he locks it , they never made my order, they couldn’t. They didn’t have an option to get a refund I had to call corporate which doesn’t open till this am. I call the store back to speak to an actual manager bc I shouldn’t have to wait till today to deal with a refund, the guy who answered the phone then laughs when I say I need to speak to a manager bc this ain’t right. (none of them were even working when we pulled in to pick up order. You can see clearly through the glass windows their main concern was goofing around. )And as we ask for names he gets ruder saying idc if you call corporate , like dude I’m ready to call the news I’m amazed yall can act like that and still continue working,still don’t have names so now corporate is being told about the entire night shift on Jan 2nd ,2026 since I don’t have names I’m not sure why we’re paying employees at least $18/hr on who are gonna treat customers this way

I go to this Panda Express every Friday evening with my group of buddies. They serve quickly, the food portion size is pretty large, and their customer service is excellent. The app glitched out and it bought 2 orders instead of one, and the manager refunded me the other order and made sure I only wanted one.

Update: 05 04 2020 this establishment is very clean and well maintained. The food is well prepared and the presentation is excellent. Staff member Ms Celien S was very helpful and accommodating to my request. Thank you to all the staff for an excellent dine-in experience.
This Panda Express is a 62 mile drive from my home. It is definitely worth the drive to be served in the cleanest Panda Express that I have been to in Tennessee!! The food presentation, preparation, and taste are far above any that I’ve had in the state. The staff are to be commended for their commitment to serving the public with selfless dedication. Ms Alex brightened my day with her professional demeanor and infectious joy . Thank you for making my day brighter..

Always good food. Some of the best “fast” food available. This store is new to me and somewhat disappointing. Their plates are smaller than others I’ve visited. I arrived just after the lunch rush and the food liked old and dried out. Not at all what I have come to expect from Panda. The food wasn’t bad, just not a good as in used to from them.

First visit to this Panda Express. The line was missing a few items, but were quickly refilled while I was in line. The food was good, if nothing special. The sweetfire chicken had sweet but no fire. The string bean chicken breast was decently flavored and prepared. The chow mein was a good side for both. With drink, the plate with no upcharge items will run just over $10 with tax
