We ate lunch here today and they asked us if we wanted to wait for fresh noodles and we did. They were so polite and brought our food out to us. It was fresh and all tasted great! Thank you for the positive attitudes and fresh food!

Panda Express in Clarksville came through for us. They ran out of honey walnut shrimp and forgot to start a new batch, but the team hustled the moment they realized. Everyone was kind, apologized without excuses, and got it cooking fast. When it hit the tray it was hot, crispy, and exactly what we wanted. The place was clean, the line moved well, and the staff had great attitudes. Five stars for turning a hiccup into a win. I would happily eat here again.

Hot and fresh “fast food” for those times when you don’t want burgers.

Friendly service.
Portions are plenty large once you are familiar with them.

Surprisingly, it appears to be sufficiently staffed, unlike many other businesses these days. (February 2022)

2025: Facility starting to show age. Needs some maintenance TLC. Dining room needs more attention.
Restrooms need work.

Fortunately the food is still great.

The food was hot, service was solid. Not great but solid(honestly mediocre. Middle aged cashier should’ve been kind but she was dismissive and rushed me). However, I’m very disappointed in the portion/ratio of meat to rice and chow mein. I ate rice or noodles with every single bite of meat and look how much is left… why? lol.

Tough to be complaining about “too much food”, quite a first world problem. But they really skimped on meat and covered it up with extra rice. That’s what sucks, it wouldn’t have cost the employee anything to make sure the customer got plenty of the hunger fixing, stomach filling food they came to get(not the sides). We’re in this together against corporations and most workers I interact with act like it, maybe the employee rushed or is a teen just starting.

Ugh what a waste. It’s like an entire family sized box of rice, if you bought it at the store. I’m not eating all that, I wish I had more of what is worth eating for the $10.73 I paid!

And to think it was over $10 for this with no drink. Do ur self a favor and go to McDonalds if ur just about forced to get fast food like myself tonight. or you’ll be dissatisfied because of the price point at Panda. Wish I hadn’t went.

Sold me rancid chicken. The smell was so bad I had to air out my entire house and my nostrils are traumatized. If that wasn’t bad enough, they gave me a sprite that tasted like carbonated water.

Hey y’all I don’t know if you want to know or not? But I was sitting outside this Panda Express, and I watched Orkin walk in walk out walk in walk out with a sprayer and chemicals. So if you’re thinking about eating at this panda this week, I might give it another week, clearly they’re having Some kind of bug issues, and that is nasty pictures for proof.

Do not order delivery or you may not get your whole meal. Kids meal was literally just super greens and orange chicken and they completely skipped the orange chicken. $8.25 on DoorDash and they’re only reimbursing me $2.50

There was hardly any noodles in the chow mein and the Beijing beef had zero spice and was super sweet. They acted like I was making it up.
