I’ve enjoy Panda Express for quite some time. However, today I’m very disappointed. I went to order to panda meals for my children. We ordered Orange Chicken for one, and I got rice and the new sesame shrimp beef. I was thinking that the portions would be almost identical. However, and we video you will see completely different. I am not really sure why. This is a “thing”, but it’s highly disappointing to see that you get too shrimp and 4 pieces of beef. And 4 Green Beans. The flavor of the mixed greens is always good.So is the orange chicken and the fried rice and other items they serve, but when it comes to the portion size of the cub meals, it’s really off.But I know each location is different, and this is the one that is on riverside drive that we visited today.

I’ve been here 5-6x and each time has been great. It’s clean the food always tastes fresh but today WE GOT A DOUBLE FORTUNE COOKIE IN A SINGLE WRAPPER. And they gave us 2 more. We’re a family of 3 and usually never get more than 2 cookies but we got 2 and a double which felt magical. So thank you

Friendly staff. Now, the food was fresh. I expected to get more entree than the extra super greens and then up charged for the shrimp. Is that correct? It wasn’t as fresh as I probably could’ve had it been dine in. The greens were a mix of cabbage, broccoli and greens. I like that it was crunch however the veggies could be cooked some more. I was charged for a cheese Rangoon that I didn’t order unless it was a side item to the meal other than that I didn’t order it. The traffic getting in and out is crazy but that’s Clarksville for ya!

Order a plate for delivery for almost $15. Waited over an hour for it to get here for it to have one scoop of rice in it. I don’t know if the employees were high When making this but highly dissatisfied worst part is I couldn’t even get a refund. If you order to go, I would definitely call and make sure you let them know what you want.

A nice clean place, the employees were very friendly and professional. The food is good for a fast food place. I just wish they had more options. The wait took a little longer than usual waiting for options that were not ready but it is worth waiting for.

We had the Steak and Shirmp entrée added the chicken mushroom. The only issue is that you can’t order the fried rice without egg. The rice is prepackaged according to the staff who took my order.

Ridiculous service, after waiting patiently in line when I finally get to the front the worker said she thinks the family of four behind me (who came in after me) is sharing the same check with the family in front of me. She then asks for them to all step in front of me in the line?! Doesn’t ask, just gives a condescending smile and says “Sorry, I think the guy is paying up there for all them so I want to get them through first.” She didn’t even ask if that was ok with me and then on top of that, by the time she finally gets to me they nearly run out of orange chicken and I have to wait again for the next serving to come out which thankfully wasn’t that long but it was the cherry on top for the horrible service my first time at this location. I wanted to walk out and say never mind but I, myself, didn’t want to be rude too.

If you order ahead for pickup at night you can’t go inside and have ti wait for the whole drive through to order and have their food made before you can get your food at the windows 20 min later and cold. Please fix this horrible setup.

I got the Hot Orange Chicken, Fried Rice, and Cheese Rangoon for lunch. The Orange Chicken was really good but the fried rice was bland and had almost no fried texture and flavoring to it. The service was pretty decent. The Cheese Rangoons tasted like they had been sitting for a while. Overall it was an ok place to eat.
