Panda Express’s rewards program, Panda Rewards, allows users to earn points on qualifying purchases through the app or website, as well as in-store and at the drive-thru. Members earn 10 points for every dollar spent, and these points can be redeemed for various rewards, including free food, upgrades, and other exclusive benefits. So use the app! They’ll say “its just saving a dollar” but the points rack up and you get to save by getting a free bigger plate which is worth it in my humble opinion .
Everything is unique here, i do not eat Chinese food anymore but I will eat here and we eat here pretty frequently. It’s become one of my favorite places.
Remember to fill out your survey on the receipt so you can get a free small entrée and save some bucks if you’re not using the app. Although the supergreens are always raw and undercooked with 0 flavor i still get them to avoid the starchy rice and noodles. And the Orange chicken and honey sesame are my go to!
They always have a new crew here, so things are always evolving. New attitudes, less portions, etc

I’ve been here several times and they always do a great job. We have had almost everything on the entire menu and it has all been good thus far. They run different promotions like Wok Wednesday which makes it a little more economical sometimes. They’ve only messed up my order mildly one time and overcompensated in the resolution which I was greatly appreciative of. Keep up the good work I would say this is better than most other Chinese places in Dothan!

Not the friendliest bunch on 12/08/25. Not rude either. Food almost always taste good. Tonight though the orange chicken was mainly fried batter. Not sure if that happens often but has happened to us more than once. Other than that it’s a great place for a quick bite

Eat here a lot but last couple time it has been bad the portions have shrunk and are inconsistent. It was on point come eat it like 3 times a week but will take a break now . Food was terrible they barely gave any meat last 3 times just not worth the inconsistencies.

Food is usually always good at any panda express i go to. I was on a road trip and verified when panda express opens. I passed several establishments because i was specifically craving panda express. My long trip stopped me at a panda right at 10am and i still had a 10minute wait for the teriyaki chicken. If orders starts at 10am, food should be available for guests upon opening. I didnt mind the wait. But then they STILL messed up the order even being the first order of the day! 1 plate and 1 bowl and had the wrong entree for the bowl even though my receipt shows it correctly. Not a good start to my day

This has to stop. Six pieces of broccoli and 2 pieces of beef HIDDEN under. Check y’all plates before you guys drive off. This isn’t the first time either. The last time i placed a online order and was told to pull up and they’ll bring it out. Only for me to sit there 20 mins and receive the wrong food. If they run out of a certain item theyll scrape the bottom of the pan and give you the scraps instead of making another batch.Don’t bother giving you the option to choose different.

I did go here at 9:14pm didnt know they were about to close but the food was TERRIBLE.
I enter the drive-thru the cashier says “we have a limited menu due to closing at 9:30 but most items on menu were available” I ordered The Family Feast 3entrees and 2 sides.
First was fired rice I got it in an entree size and was informed i might have to wait 15 mins. If there wasnt enough for the entree size.The rice wasn’t hot but it wasn’t the worst part.
I also ordered Black Pepper Chicken and Orange Chicken. I was informed that I would have to wait 15 mins for these items to be cooked fresh and I agreed to this condition.(Cashier gets and attitude”ugh” I could hear it through the intercom). Neither of these items were not hot when I arrived home. (0.8miles away according to Google maps.) The orange chicken was ok once I reheated it and the black pepper chicken was mostly vegetables.
I also ordered steamed veggies and chow-main as sides. These items were terrible veggies were dried out and chow-main noodles were under cooked.I could have gotten larger portions as well as hot and fresh food from Great China for $34.88.
I DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE EATING AT THIS LOCATION ANYMORE!!!!!!
