The food did not taste fresh. The noodles were very dry. I was about to throw the food away, but decided to ask them if they can change something. Matt was very responsive and offered to replace the food, I ended up switching the meal completely at no additional cost. He even came up to me after to apologize and made sure we enjoyed our food.

I would not give this location any stars. I have been here 3 or 4 times in the last year at different times of the day and have yet been able to order because they are always out of what I am wanting. Including low mane. Have never experienced this at other Panda locations, just the Dothan one. It’s never busy when I arrive. Poor management can be the only explanation. Or just down right laziness. The business model at your Dothan location does not reflect on your other locations nationwide. I have never had this experience anywhere else.

I think I’m finally done. I’ve REALLY tried to like this place. At one time I did. Over the last few months, things got worse and worse. I can never get what I try to order. If you are “out” of something (always), remove it from your menu. Months ago, they were consistently forgetting egg rolls from the drive in order. So I quit ordering them. After that, I have to go prepared to just take anything they have available, because they will typically only have 3-4 entrees available out of the 12 they are supposed to have. Today they only had fried rice as a side. It has to be a management issue!

Good food, and a friendly staff. The only reason I’m not rating it higher is recently they haven’t opened on time, and the past couple of times I’ve had to order something other than what I wanted, because I’d have to wait for it to cook. Unfortunately I have limited time on my lunch breaks, and can’t wait that long.

This is absolutely the worst run restaurant I can think I’ve been to. I order thrugh the drive thru. I am asked to pull around. I pull by the front door. After waiting 25 min I go inside and wait to speak with someone. I finally get to speak to someone now 30 min after I order. And am told. “Oh yeah I was about to bring it out”. The items are not all in the bag. I leave when eating the food it’s so cold. I call to speak with a manager and am told there is no manager. I asked to speak with whomever is in charge and am told again. There is no manager only crew. Do not recommend at all!!!

Yup all the reviews are correct, this store no matter what time of day is out of 90% of items. Maybe its the workers fault for not prepping or the manager for not ordering, im not sure but the fact there is nothing to eat at a food establishment is crazy and the cashier was rude to top it off. Unfortunately never coming back here and i suggest you dont either

A friend and I went to the drive through. I told the person taking my order that I had two separate orders. He told me that he could only take one order per vehicle and that I would have to place my first order and drive around the building and come back through to place me second order! I was the only person in line. I went to another restaurant and got the service I deserve.

Every time I visit this location, there is always an issue. The rice cooker is broken, the drive thru is closed, the food has been sitting for hours and is not fresh or half of the items are not available, or the employees are just standing around. Once again, I decided to visit; and what happened, the usual… I walked in and was greeted. It was approximately 5:30 CDT and I planned to order orange chicken with super greens, and possibly honey sesame chicken. None of the items were available. The young lady asked the cook when the items were coming up. As he was texting on his phone, he told her the orange chicken will be up in a minute. He didn’t comment on the honey sesame chicken, and he said he wasn’t making the super greens because he was the only one cooking. She walked back over and gave me a look. I said don’t worry about it. I just had the rice and orange chicken when he brought it over. As I was getting ready to pay he looked over at her and me as if to say, does he want the super greens. I guess he was about to make it. I told her nevermind. I paid for my order and left. Unfortunately, nobody wants to work anymore. IF ONLY RESTAURANTS WOULD TRAIN THEIR EMPLOYEES LIKE CHICK-FIL-A, WE WOULDN’T HAVE THESE PROBLEMS! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

The noodles tasted as if they were setting for hours, the beef and broccoli were slimy tasting. No one was cleaning tables or where the fountain area was, or restalking items. No lids for drinks, the trays were extremely sticky. Worst panda express I have ever experienced.
