Among all the locations I’ve visited, the Panda Express in Prattville, Alabama is by far the best.
The General Manager is incredibly kind and professional, and truly sets the standard for customer service. You can really tell they care about both the customers and the overall experience.
The food quality at this location is outstanding—noticeably better than other Panda Express stores. Everything always tastes fresh, well-prepared, and delicious. The store is very clean, the ingredients are well maintained, and the flavors are consistently excellent.
Honestly, it’s so good that I could eat here every day.

I’ve placed pickup orders here many times, and I have to say that Keegan truly stood out last night (Friday, February 13, 2026). Normally when I come in, I’m not greeted or thanked — but Keegan immediately welcomed me with a smile and genuine professionalism.
No matter what experiences I may have had in the past, we continue to choose to come here — and it’s employees like him who make that decision easy. He greeted me when I walked in, thanked me for stopping by, and even made sure my food was fresh. That level of care and attention does not go unnoticed.
You truly never know what someone may be going through or what kind of day they’ve had. A simple greeting and kindness can make all the difference. Thank you, Keegan, for going above and beyond and for delivering excellent customer service. It matters more than you know.

Noodles where hard and under cooked touch vegetables the cabbage has the huge vines that make eating this crunchy as hell and the teriyaki chicken was under cooked it was still pink worst place to eat would not recommend it it not worth the head ache to go back in the manager will not refund or recooking anything worst customer service ever the only reason I give it a 2 star was the nice lady that told me to come in tomorrow to speak with the other manager

Big Panda Express fan. This location is pretty nice, very clean, perfect health score. It’s also not as busy as Montgomery. Food was great. The only issue was the orange chicken could have been crispy but was a little soft. Apple pie roll is a skip. Service here was great, glad to know it’s maintaining the brand

This is my favorite panda express to visit. I usually get the white rice with orange chicken and teriyaki chicken. The orange chicken is always nice and soft, and the teriyaki chicken is always nice and tender… Never been here and they not the white rice, which is a problem at other locations.

Ordered dinner and found myself greatly disappointed when I got home. As shown by my picture, I ordered Super Greens & Teriyaki chicken plate. They were placed in takeout boxes instead of a “plate”. The food was cold, there was no teriyaki sauce, and the broccoli and cabbage were hardly cooked (3 pieces were cooked well). I don’t pay $40 for barely cooked, cold food. I am too tired to go back and demand a refund, but SHAME ON Y’ALL!

Really enjoyed the food at this location. Sesame Chicken was delicious, very flavorful, tender and hot. Rice was equally tasty, and the steamed veggies that went along with everything was perfect! Servers were fast, courteous and welcoming. Will certainly drop by whenever I’m in Prattville
