I’m a one and done on that one, yuck. I came in at opening so I tried to keep that in mind. First the guy is about to make my food with the gloves he was wearing while changing the trash can liner handling the trash can. My food was not warm enough. Definitely not safe temps for storing. The lettuce and avocado were brown and they just opened so I passed on those items. The iced tea dispenser just poured water in my cup. Gross, I wouldn’t do it again.

Wanted to try paunch after a little while not having tried it, and oh boy was this was the most expensive pancheros i have ever had, 1 burrito cost $14.50 with no meal and then on top of that a cup of queso was $3.26 so altogether I paid $17.76 for a burrito which wasn’t even that good. This was a scam and I am never going to this location ever again because why did it say $9.65 for a burrito when they charged me $14.50?

Food was OK.
Had a couple of really hard pieces of steak in my burrito indicating over cooked or lack of FIFO maybe, not sure.
Nitpicking here but, I emphasized a “a LITTLE bit of queso” while also squeezing my fingers together to hopefully get the importance across and unfortunately just like the other locations I still get a full scoop. Which for me personally means I don’t really enjoy the burrito.
Now the actual reason I’m leaving the review is that the tortilla on the side my wife asked for was folded into the metal of the foil and had metal and ink on it.
Someone might get sick from that and should probably be known not to let that side touch the food when wrapped

You can never go wrong with a Chicken burrito from Pancheros. We believe this is the best location with their consistently good service and food. Plus I am obsessed with their green salsa, it is excellent!!

Horrible experience as I was ordering my food one Hispanic boy was saying bad things about me to his other Hispanic coworker because he thought I did not understand Spanish and when I asked him to repeat what he said they both just laughed and turned red from embarrassment. I then reached out to their manager and corporate office and neither of them would pick up my phone call and when I left a voicemail they would not return my call which indicates to me that they do not care about their customers so for everyone out there that’s reading this do not go to pancheros because most likely they will talk shit about you just because you’re a white person. Oh and by the way the food was disgusting I found a fingernail in my burrito needless to say they ruined burritos in general for me.

I’m a trucker, I’ve had Chipotle in many states and I have to say that this is pretty darn close to it’s level. Guacamole, the salsas, rice, and black beans was good. The steak is seasoned, a little to much sodium for me, but good for those times I need more flavor than Chipotle. Too bad it’s not all over the country.

Would rate a 5/5 for experience. Service was fast and friendly. Food was fresh. Burrito was 4/5. Beans over powered the burrito and I would have preferred more pico and salsa.
