Watched them give a dad & daughter’s order away — then acted like it wasn’t a problem

I was a customer standing in line behind a father and his daughter when this happened, and I’m honestly still shocked at how careless the staff was.
I watched the cashier hand their order to the wrong customer. The employee even asked the guy if they were together and he said no, but they still let him walk off with the bag. Multiple people in line spoke up saying, “That’s not his order,” and the dad clearly said it wasn’t his daughter’s order—yet the employees kept insisting they didn’t give it away and didn’t bother to properly verify what was in the bag before the guy left.
What made it worse? There were 6+ orders ahead of me, and I still received my food before that father and daughter got theirs. My order took about 15 minutes, and somehow I was served while they were still waiting for their food to be remade after it was handed to someone else. That’s unacceptable.
You guys need to do better. If you make a mistake, you don’t argue with customers and ignore the people trying to help—you fix it immediately, apologize, and make the customer whole. The lack of professionalism and urgency I saw today was ridiculous.
I will not be coming back to this location.

Management is horrible as well as the staff.. I bought my daughter in there and she was so happy to be at Panda Express.. she ordered her food and the manager took our order and passed it to the lady at the register.. the guy in front of me tryed the new dynamite chicken and he placed that as his order cool . As we get to the counter the lady ask if we was together he said no. She then read his order and I overheard my daughter order with his plates. I said hey that’s not his order that’s my daughter.. the man proceed to walk away the lady asked him if that was my order in the bag he said no didn’t try to verify or anything.. he left it m telling her that’s my order. So I go back to the register and then she ask me what did I order. And I told her what I ordered was in that man bag . Everyone in line told the lady she gave my food away she jiss insisted she didn’t even the manager came up nd told her she was the one that made my food so indeed she did give my daughter food away. No apology or anything. And we waited an additional 20min for the food to be remade.. bad experience bad customer service bad management and my daughter experienced is not for panda the simply don’t give a damn about they job and are not trained right..

It was ready by 11:11AM. I did end up placing another order while in store and the incorrect items were placed in the additional plate.
BUT THE INITIAL ONE! My drive home was about 10mins, but this was by far the BEST PANDA EXPRESS I’VE EVER HAD! I ordered a Plate: Fried Rice & Super Greens, The Original Orange Chicken & Honey Sesame Chicken. 15/10

Panda Express is finally open in Poinciana!
There has been a lot of excitement for Panda Express to open in the area. This Panda Express is located in the new shopping center by TD Bank, T.J. Maxx, & Burlington.
We didn’t attend the opening day, but the following day. Instantly, you can tell how busy it was based on the volume of customers in the parking lot.
This Panda Express is upgraded with many of the latest features that other locations do not have. There is eye-popping art all through the dining establishment & on the exterior of the building.
We were greeted by two team members when we walked in. They gave us menus which is was a first at a Panda Express location, but we thought it was a neat gesture.
When you stand in line, it’s the standard process that Panda Express provides where you pick your base & your main options.
The prices seem to differ at each Panda Express location. This one seemed to be on the higher end of the chains from my previous experiences.
I chose my usual option, a plate, which I got the fried rice, orange chicken, & Beijing beef. The portions were more than generous & I was quite happy with what I received. The food was fresh. The staff was working extremely hard due to the volume of customers. They were able to resupply the stations in a quick manner.
The staff was very kind. They seemed a but stressed but had a smile on their face while serving everyone.
I’ll be back soon enough since we have family in the area, but it’s great to have another dining option in the area that provides great service & a quick option for to-go food.
Bonus: they do not have plum sauce on this location! I did ask.

I usually order at the windows but last night I went inside. First thing I noticed is no 1 person working had on a pair of gloves. My boyfriend still ordered and the second thing I noticed is they dont tell him about the up charges on the meats until we got the the register so he was confused the 2 plates for $12.50 came to almost $40. He did get appetizers which was 2 for $1 eggrolls and 3 for $2 cheese thingy and they tates disgusting. Like str8

My husband and I are frequent flyers at Panda Express in Poinciana. Every visit has been wonderful…. Love the food….Employees are friendly and welcoming. Andre and Maria are excellent managers. Going to this panda express in Poinciana was the most terrible experience ever. I get there order my food wanted the teriyaki chicken but it finished. They told me three minutes I said no problem purchase that and something else. 30 minutes pass and I’m still waiting for the chicken. They have been given the chicken to other customers and I was left waiting there. They finally give me my food. After like 30 minutes and gave me a $15 gift card for the confusion and the wait. I drive home and get home all to find a hair on my rice and the chicken being undercooked. I would never ever go to this restaurant again. Service was terrible and so was the food.
