Always fresh and flavorful, my husband and I love this location. Last night, MJ was helping us at checkout. He was so patient and understanding when I wanted to make sure my order was packed correctly. He made me feel as if he completely understood, as if he’s possibly been in my place before. The order was thankfully packed correctly and he made sure to add sauce packets to our bag without us even having to ask. It’s like he just knew. I can’t fully express how grateful I am for individuals like him. Love the food and love the service here!

Ordered a plate combination with beef and broccoli and received Grey beef without a single drop of sauce. When returned to fix the issue I was confronted by Eran who spoke to me as if I couldn’t tell the difference between sauced or not. As a server working on the line you would think someone would have noticed this issue and prevented it from leaving the store. I then informed Eran this is unacceptable and asked for a fresh replacement plate but was denied and giving a substitute for the unappealing beef and broccoli. Now I get to enjoy a fresh entree of sesame chicken with a cold plate. Now I get if the place was busy but I was the only customer. Me and my family have enjoyed your services for the past four years but this will be the last time. I will enjoy my Chinese cuisine elsewhere.

I have to say I like this location. They have their ups and downs, good days and bad days so I try to make it my duty to go at night. For my first time trying this location I have to say night shift will be my go to for oakleaf.they were friendly, and the food was fresh. You get a nice portion and the store was very clean. Their attitudes were very welcoming and that’s always a plus. I tried to in the next day during the day time but I left because of their attitudes. Night shift I will definitely try again.

Be advice, don’t order the Broccoli Beef, most broccoli and about one tablespoon of some kind of beef. Today I picked up a family meal and other items. It included one Broccoli Beef. This is not the first time this happens. I was hoping it was a mistake last time but I realized now it’s how they serve it. It’s mainly broccoli with a “hint” of tiny pieces of meet! Not worth it! Everything else is ok for a fast food joint.

Panda Express was founded and is owned by Americans. I can order when I’m only five minutes away and my order is ready when I arrive. There is a dedicated spot for online pickups and rarely more than a minute wait. You can also order through DoorDash or Uber Eats and have your meals delivered to your door for “No Contact” or handed directly to you (be kind and tip these drivers, as they are not compensated for gas or vehicle use). The employees are always friendly and the service is fast! They have a wide menu and the food is protected and very reasonably priced! The portions are generous! I go there several times every week!

I love Panda Express. For quality food. Fast friendly service. And great prices. I vote them number 1 in the fast casual market. The only problem with Panda Express is that there isn’t enough of them.
This location was busy, yet super clean and highly efficient to deliver top tier fast casual.
I got the “Bigger Plate Bundle” which includes a side item, three entrees and a medium drink, which exceeds what you might expect from a large drink. I halved my side, got chow mein and fried rice. And upgraded two entrees, original orange chicken, black pepper steak (upgrade) and honey walnut shrimp (upgrade) which came in a cute little Chinese box. The food in my opinion rivals PF Chang’s while keeping the price point half and since it’s fast casual, you can tip or not. I was out the door at $14.19 which is the price of a double Whopper meal at Burger King.
They use Coca-Cola beverages in their offerings.

I am VERY dissapointed with panda express right now. I don’t know if its this certain one or if its all but I had a bigger plate delivered to me, and I was so dissapointed. Smaller plate, less food in it than I would get going in there, and a REALLY TINY BOX THAT I PAID $3 EXTRA FOR.
If they are being greedy making me pay more for the price of what I could get with the regular plate, God knows what their doing behind the scenes with the food you get when your there. Spoiled maybe? I don’t know but I’m not purchasing from there ever again. I’m very disappointed considering I’ve always liked panda express. But their just a cheap out company like most.
