I am super unhappy with this plate. I paid for chow mein noodles and sesame chicken. I got sesame chicken and cabbage . This has happened a lot lately. The food is good when hot and fresh but this.. this is ridiculous!!

All they had to do was read the order but apparently that entailed too much work! Spring rolls with no sauce and teriyaki chicken with no sauce! No utensils and no napkins! Yet I asked for all of the mentioned items! Definitely won’t waste my money here again!

I’ve noticed when I’ve went on the inside If one of the Asian( females) servers is serving, I receive less meat, less rice, and less noodles. If my son didn’t want this food like he usually does.I would have left it all in the restaurant. I did notice that the person in front of me got quite a bit of meat, noodles, and rice. I don’t understand why they have to shake the excess off the ladle before putting it in your tray(get about 6 nuggets) and teriyaki chicken, I’ve seen them cut up two breasts, I only got one. If you want them more than the six pieces, it’s a upcharge. And then they only give you two pieces of chicken . I will just have to go to Savannah and get my food. It’s a long drive, but it’s worth it. This storer in Hinesville has lost me as a customer. I know they don’t care, but I will tell anybody that wants panda Don’t go in there. As much as they charge per plate, it’s not worth it to me.

Awful service the cook was cooking but the rest i can’t say 3 people handling my plate before my order was complete. All with crappy attitudes. Another washing her hands 4 times to keep from doing my order. While looking at me like I did something wrong. The cashier was in the bathroom and Noone else can use the register? And last the manager in the black jacket also ignored me. And when I asked to speak with the manager she simply walked by me and sat down with someone in the dining room. Showing me exactly what the problem was. Bad manager. This used to be my once a week stop. But not any more.

I ordered online three meals, everything was good until we open the kids meal and there was no grilled chicken just the rice and the vegetables (my husband had to put some of his on the kids plate). I will be checking the plates from now on because I can’t trust the service, $7 for a kids meals without chicken.

I was greeted warmly by the employees as I entered Panda Express, which made for a great first impression. The store is very clean and spacious, providing a comfortable dining experience. Excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere!

I don’t have photos because I ate too quickly but the food was amazing and as an added bonus I got a cute Christmas gift for my kids! The proceeds are donated and that makes giving the gift even sweeter 🙂

Last few visits have been better.
Update: came I on 3/3 to try again. No teriyaki chicken at 11:10 am. I was told to come in at 11…I expressed it was 11:10 and asked if I missed the chicken already…she then explained to me the employees were late and it takes 12 minutes to heat the grill.
The place is empty for obvious reasons. And there is STILL food under the benches.
Normally good but a lot of times empty bins everywhere. Came in at 11:10am today and only one thing available in the teriyaki chicken section to include no teriyaki sauce. Cant be out of of it if you just opened, that says not prepping before opening, now it’s 11:31 and it’s still empty……food on seats and under benches.

We’re huge Panda Express fans in this household – they deliver super quickly & the price is right.
We especially appreciate how CONSISTENT they have been with the speed of service and most importantly the taste of food.
Until tonight… the beef tasted like melted plastic? And the chicken… I can’t put my finger on it but it it just didn’t taste right.
Yeah… guess we’ll be taking a break from Panda Express 🙁

They didn’t have fried rice or broccoli. The teriyaki chicken was bland and didn’t have ANY sauce on it. The fortune cookie was stale
