Fried rice was soggy and no taste same for noodles! The beef i got felt like it is old not cooked fresh.. overall very bad experiance. I had to walk 15 minutes to go there to get the food! Really disappointed!!

The worst Panda Express I’ve ever been to. We went at 4pm, it wasn’t due to close until 5pm but there was practically nothing left and they wouldn’t cook any more food. I had to have the leftovers from 4 different mains to make up the 2 mains for my plate. The rice was cold and the noodles were hard. On a side note, it’s in a university building but you can walk straight in even if not studying there, which is a bit odd security wise. But only go here if you’re desperate for Panda Express!

Staff there is hard working, however, when too many people line up during peak hours, it takes too long to even receive my order, which makes the experience inconvenient. There are even some days where they are out of utensils, sauces, and chow mein, which also makes it a bit frustrating.

Yum !!! I love the shrimp with walnuts one. It’s really soft. I took orange chicken and noodle addiction to the shrimp. The combination is also super good.

**BEWARE**

This teams customer service is GARBAGE! Ordered right off the app, and they don’t have my food….and then REFUSED to make it for me. This behavior towards paying customers is ridiculous and when you call the support team, we can refund you however it will take 7 BUSINESS DAYS! I don’t want a refund I want my food. I have waited almost a hour and a half for this poor response. AVOID THIS STORE IF YOU CAN ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE DOING MOBILE ORDERS!!!! Goal is to take your money and refuse to even give you the food you pay for. I would rate this overall experience negative 10 stars if I could. Not worth the headache. I have been eating at Panda express for over 10 years and I will never order from here again.

Always out of food. Tried going there the last two weeks and they’ve been out of Entrees or Rice both times.

There was no teriyaki chicken so my friend and I decided to wait for it to come out fresh. After 15 minutes of waiting, we ended up getting undercooked chicken with no sauce. I understand that there was a long line, but I wouldn’t mind waiting a little more to have fully cooked chicken compared to pink meat that I had in front of me. Would not go again.

Worst place to eat at gsu. It was 2:00 and they were out of chow mein. I asked how long for chow mein and said they weren’t making anymore for the day?? No excuse for not making more chow mein with all the employees they have back there. After waiting in line I opted for the fried rice. WORST fried rice ever! Very salty with no flavor. And the orange chicken was below average. I wish I spent my $12 at Chick-fil-A instead.

Ordered and ate food here on Tuesday. The food was not cooked/stored/handled properly. I got a terrible case of food poisoning from this location. The only other thing I ate, besides drinking bottled water all day, were corn flakes cereal (no milk) at 8am and the food had already digested. They sold out of a lot of items and all I was able to get were the beijing beef with fried rice. Not even 2 hours later after leaving campus I am vomiting like crazy at work and then still suffering with painful stomach cramps the next day! It’s now Thursday and I’m still feeling some symptoms of nasuea, stomach cramps and bloating. Will never eat here again.
