So my Hubbie and I were In The area and we stopped to get something to eat and it was the worst ever at a Panda Express ever. We order orange chicken and it was discussing it tasted so bad like the chicken was bad I told them and they said no it’s fresh. It wasn’t. so we switched it to beef and broccoli and that wasn’t even good there was so much broccoli and very little beef. Never again will I go here. The noodles were not good it was not worth the money.

This Panda location is huge, and makes the perfect rest stop when on a road trip.
Their super greens are such a healthy alternative to their chow mein and fried rice. With steamed kale, spinach, broccoli and cabbage – seasoned perfectly with a little salt.
I got their kung pao chicken, came hot and spicy loaded with peanuts, black chili peppers, red peppers, and zucchini. Definitely fresh food. Chefs were preparing in the kitchen the whole time we were there.

I went with my wife to eat like anyone who leaves work hungry and looks for a comfortable place to eat , but the manager started to take the order to my wife with a very, very loud tone of voice we told her what we wanted and kept screaming . in the end we left that place,

The employees are not friendly. I came in to place an order. The lady said one second I waited and then she continued to take other orders and pretty much ignored me so I just left.

I am a repeating customer here and I order the same thing, Beijing beef, chow mein, orange chicken, and rice. I come around to Panda Express on 2/23/2024 and I get my food and head home. I’m at home and open my box and I eat the Beijing beef first and it was nasty. I chew it and it crunchy and hard and rubbery.

I ordered a delivery on their website and when the delivery didn’t get here, I called them and asked them could they refund me since the food didn’t get here they proceeded to hang up on me and then when I called them back, they refused to pick up the phone, I will never order from here again. This is a lack of business etiquette and not taking care of the customers because now I’m out $20 and someone somewhere just got a free meal.

I ordered online and went through the drive thru to pick up. After being sent a text message that my order was ready, when I got to the window, I was told that my order was not ready. They wanted me to come to the front and park by the front door. I asked the drive thru person did he want me to just drive back around through the drive thru because it was raining. He told me no to just park by the front door. I waited 15 minutes. I turned around and went back through the drive thru only to be told that someone came out but didn’t see me. They were liars because when the drive thru guy handed me the bag, it was dry. If you came out in the rain, wouldn’t the bag have been wet??? I would have been okay with them just saying, “We’re sorry about the wait.” This is not the first time I’ve had bad service here. Every time I come through the drive thru, there is at least a 20 min process. That’s why I thought ordering online would be better. Needless to say, I won’t be back. This was their third strike. Take a look at my meal….It doesn’t even look appetizing.

I like Panda Express. They’re all the same quality experience. It’s a large open space for a nice in dining experience. It was clean. The employees were nice and efficient. The Bejing Beef with Fried Rice in a bowl was delicious. There’s ample parking. Enjoy and thanks for reading!
