I went today about 20 mins ago they were nice and got my food i sitting down and eating and i feel hair fully go in my mouth and i pull the fork out of my face and its a long like brown or black strand of hair…..I am black this is not my hair at all and i have a bonnet covering my hair and tried calling 3 times and each time went straight to voicemail with zero response. gross.

I stopped in for lunch around 11 a.m., and everything was hot, fresh, and delicious. I’ve tried a few of the other locations, but this one really stands out when it comes to food quality and fast, efficient service. There was no wait to be served, the staff was friendly, and the entire restaurant was spotless. Parking was easy with plenty of available spaces. I ordered a combo meal with two main items—walnut shrimp and orange chicken—and spent less than $20. Great value for a satisfying lunch. I’ll definitely be back!

At this location there is never food. No matter what time of the day or what day of the week. The service was friendly but that is about it. Management is clueless as what kind of traffic the store sees! no one in the restaurant in management has common sense to think that on a weekend there will be people coming in at this time to order food, at the time I am waiting for my turn more customers walked in, they scrapped the bowls to serve me a portion. this is not the first time I have try to order at this location and this happens.

I guess this location is starting to go downhill like others. The workers need to wear gloves before they prepare orders, or their hands need to be completely clean. I just left without ordering because one rubbed just under their lips with their bare hands, and still wanted to serve me. I know they weren’t going to put on any gloves. Another time was with another worker; they handled a box that was on the floor of who knows where else, and then prepared an order for me.

This is the first time i visited a Panda where the cooks were Black. The Black touch is real. That food was so good. I have travelled all over the USA and never ever eaten a Panda that taste this way. THUMBS UP!

DO NOT GO HERE! They gave me the wrong order, in which I paid $12 for, and I tried to still eat the food that was wrong and it was so terrible. The workers do not wear gloves and they are rude. Spend your money elsewhere!

I was here waiting for about 25 minutes for an online order to be completed. From the time i walked in the bathrooms were closed and one young lady was ringing up people and fixing food as other employees were tending to other things, there was a line and still the young lady was left up front by herself to handle food and take payments as the asian young woman “cleaned bathrooms and took out trash. People came in looking for uber orders and to place orders and no one stopped to help assist the young lady up front. Not to mention no use of restrooms nor any tea available. Although I do believe your end of night clean up is important, I dont believe it should be done at the expense of the customers experience.
